The food here and etc is good. Whoever works there or whoever manages the place sees this, fix those KIOSKS, they're very laggy and when you touch anything or the screen it just gives a slow response. Sometimes when you click something, it takes you to the wrong food/drink, we've been going there for awhile and I've seen it get built, just reconstruct those KIOSKS or upgrade them so they can have a better fast response time and fix bugs on those things, overall the place is good and stuff. Just those KIOSKS that needa be rebuilt or fixed. One more thing, I shouldn't be complain about such dumb thing but the WiFi.. just get better WiFi for this place. I didn’t even get served. I tried to bring up the fact that you have to do a whole circle around the store to get through drive-through. in the middle of it, the manager cut me off and says what do you want to eat? I don’t wanna eat now

The parking lot is so messed up, then when we went through the drive through we literally took 5 second to decide while the man was sitting there rushing us the entire time. Whoever is the dude speaking on the mic to the drive thru really needs to be fired. The amount of attitude in his voice and comments. I just left. If I wanted bad service I’d take myself to the food courts in the mall. Taco Bell has better service than these people definitely choosing Taco Bell next time.

I challenge anybody to get the two dollar double or one dollar single burger offer by ordering on the app. It just doesn’t happen… it’s not gonna happen but if you actually go there and ask why you can’t order it on the app the drive-through person says we have nothing to do with the app. I get that but the problem is the app is Wendy’s …it’s part of the restaurant. Those single and doubles have been advertised on TV at $1 and 2 dollars. But the app will not let you order them. That is false advertising and when you bring that up to somebody at the restaurant they get mad and say you can just leave my drive-through. I will be taking this up with management, I don’t take false advertising lightly. I will be calling corporate and discussing this issue with them.But in the meantime, if you are into three dollar plus tax Frosty’s advertised as medium, but are literally the same size as the junior frosty was not to long ago go for it. I guess the small frosty would be about the size of a shot glass.?

Parking: Plus my sausage biscuit was very greasy and very spicey, yuck ! Not the parking but the entry to drive thru is very awkward to find! Very odd set up!

The food was good and the people were nice. The way the parking lot/drive thru was designed seems really wonky though. You have to circle the building to get into the drive thru line, and there's minimal space. Hard to imagine what it would be like during a rush.
