Chocolate frosty machine has been broken for MONTHS!!

Needed to add another item to order and the person at the first window couldn't or wouldn't add the item. He was on his phone and didn't seem to care about working. Manager made it right. However, the other staff seemed more concerned with their phones they customer service. Also overpaid so definitely a scam going on in that place.

THE WORST Wendy's i ever been to. Ask for chocolate frosty and paid for it, they said machine is empty. It's midday and no frosty. Person at counter could not give a refund, had to get the manager that was OUTSIDE smoking a Hooter, she smelled like it, got the refund and got the he'll out of there. NEVER TO RETURN.

I give four stars because the only person was working was the the gentleman in the drive thru! Others ignored me and was on their phones! You're paying them just to stand there...and grown people want to work!

Stopped by to grab some food after work and got in a line of 3 cars. Sat there waiting for few mins before I realized it’s 9:47 and all the employees are outside staring at the drive through. I get everyone needs a break but gosh dang man, you only had 15 mins left till closing. If your out of food or not serving people for the rest of the night, tell people instead of watching everyone line up.

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND SERVICE. THE MANAGER WAS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL
It's ok if u like being in a place we're ur kitchen staff is yelling at each other employees talking down to other employees unwork able environment bathroom never cleaned no one is on the same page no communication take for ever to get ur food if u can deal with tht then this is the place for u

Almost got scammed by this place if I hadn’t noticed their mistake. Total was $11.20 but tried to charge me $16.55 for a 10 piece chicken nugget, medium fry, and a $2 coupon for a Dave’s single. Did not admit to their mistake, and actually tried to correct me until I had to explain the total could not add up to $16.55 . Never coming back here again, the food was not worth it at all. Terrible service as well.

Noise level was sky rocketing. French fries were stale. And when I ask for brownie batter I expect brownies in it. The cashier was super rude like I was an inconvenience to him and kept staring at me. Very uncleanly and unbelievably rude. If I could rate this a zero stars I would. And he wouldn’t accept my coupon.

Got some late night nuggets and a burger. Had to wait for about 10 minutes, but the staff was very apologetic and gave me an extra 10 piece 😋
