Twice in the last week went for breakfast after 630 only to find it still closed. If they had been open reviews probably would be much improved.

I ordered the 1# and my burger looked like they dropped the bun in grease plus the lady was very rude taking my order I asked if I could have a moment to order she said nothing then I said ok I'm ready and she said nothing then I said hello (nicely) then she answered yeah! I replied I'm ready to order she said go head I told her my order she said is that it (rudely) I said yes that will be all she said pull up! Like where did customer service go so bad here ..no thank you no hello no have nice day just plain rude for no reason it's sad but I won't be back

Didn’t like the attitude of the lady in drive thru rushing to order didn’t ask will that be all so by the time that I got to the window she changed her whole attitude. Very unnecessary just don’t work customer service if your not a ppl’s person you never know what type of day that anyone else is having other then that my food was great!

I placed a mobile order and when I got to the store they let me know it would be a wait for a chocolate frosty but offered me a vanilla or one of their swirl options, I took the strawberry swirl because I don't like plain vanilla and the lady at the window was the definition of customer service she was extremely awesome. We pulled in a parking spot to eat our food and the food looked like it would in a commercial. Best service I've had ever!
