Was sitting in the drive thru anbout ann hour ago and someone was standing in the pay window talking about my hair being a wig loud enough I could hear. First of all my hair is real but to be so disrespectful and rude to customers for no reason is outrageous. Will never go to that Wendy’s again.

Disappointed in meal tonight. I went thru drive thru a short time ago and got a double stack biggie sack. Fries were piping hot,but both my sandwich and chicken nuggets were room temp at best. Fast service is nice, but I would definitely have been willing to wait longer for hot food.

Not happy. Every time I come here they miss something. Today was 2 orders of fries out of 3. The lady with glasses at drive through was rude and short with me..pull up to door. When she handed me my food it felt like she was shoving it on my face, not even have a great day. I'll be going to a different Wendy's.

I ordered a double stack and a chicken sandwich the Buns were starting to crumble they tasted like they were old the patties tasted like they cook them twice they were warm but they were very very burnt tasting and the chicken sandwich had absolutely no flavor to it the customer service was good the lady who took my order was very nice but other than that the food was not good

Every time my son wants Wendy's, I cringe. The last few times I have gone through the drive thru, I have left the line because of how long I have waited, and the line has barely moved. The last time I went, I waited a pretty long time for some nuggets and fries. The food was okay, but it was not worth the wait. Definitely not the Wendy's to visit if you want "fast" food.

Everything was cold. It's like they put it together right out of the walk-in. Cheese wasn't melted, in fact, it was like buying into lettuce, it was so cold it crunched. The cheese crunched. Freaking aye.
