After about five visits here, the service is exceptionally slow consistently. If I go inside to the counter I'm standing and waiting far too long for someone to take my order. Drive-thru is the same thing. One or two cars at the window but you sit until they are gone before they'll even let you order. Pull up to the window and pay then pull around to the front and sit and wait. You get some hot food mixed with some really old cold food. Consistently below average here.

would put a zero star if i could. waited in line for 10 minutes at the window with no one else and got cold fires, watered down drink that i watched sit there for god knows how long, and a chicken sandwich that is hard to bite into and taste old. i would have been fine with the wait if the food wasnt so garbage.

First of all the drive thru person had an attitude and was rude. I ignore it and just go about my business. Take my order and leave, driving down the road no straws for drinks. I’m like that’s why they work there they have no skillls to work anywhere else. Get to hotel room food is old and disgusting, fries, chicken nuggets, multiple things missing. This place is a disgrace, staff is terrible, do not waster your money here. Go to Grape road, they actually care about their customers.
