We placed an order for a very special occasion and had a little glitch with our order. They were on top of it immediately and took care of things. Very disappointing! I've heard everyone rave about this place for years. My wife recently bought a birthday cake. The frosting had very little flavor. The cake was also lacking on flavor and was very dry.

Fantastic donuts, adorable cakes fitting to the season, and excellent service! The employees were bright and friendly, and struck up conversation. The wait times were exceptional despite the amount of customers. My only complaint is that the building is sort of small, and you have to get there early if you want to beat the line. But that's not something they can help. Just signs of a great business!

We have loved you donuts for years grew up less than mile from the bakery, still live less than a half mile away. Keep getting told when you are out things we love to per order. How do we do that when your phone is always answered be voice mail and your web site doesn’t have the ability to accept on line orders?

Really quaint bakery with the sweetest ladies ever! First time in and loved their donuts! My favorite was by far the chocolate birds nest but they were all delicious! Prices extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!
The lovely ladies that run the bakery are as sweet as the phenomenal pastries they offer. They have something for everyone, sweet and savory. I tried the spinach feta quiche last time I was there and it was heavenly. Not to mention the apricot danish I had for dessert! Perfect balance of sweet and tangy. They even have really good coffee for a dollar. My puppy and I sit and share a few bites at their new outdoor cafe tables. Great way to start the morning. I ❤️West End Bakery 🍩
