This place is a perfect example of a franchise popularity giving to much power to the people who work there and losing the value of good customer service over the “we are the world famous wings etc. Attitude” that the employees spew…it’s sad because the food is great here but the employees feel empowered and like they are more important then the customers because they work at the world famous Wings etc…. I hope they get a handle on the customer service situation here before they have to start shutting some locations down or just learn to manage the loss in sales.

It's unfortunate that today's kitchen-employees have an attitude about preparing a food order in the manner the customer requested. Today, May 14th, that attitude became apparent when my requested crispy French fries came out feeling more like mashed potatoes than crispy fries. The kitchen managers needs to do their job and manage their staff. I've been a customer in the Wings Etc. across from the University Park for 30-years and the past six months has been unacceptable.
Update: In subsequent visits, and after talking to kitchen management, the problem has been corrected. I eat here at least twice a month, which helps many problems being attended to.
Update 8/3/2024 The kitchen and floor staff has improved, in my opinion, such that I have increased my visits to twice a week and most of the staff and management know me by my name. Then, of course, my opinion of the food and staff remains high.

Brought a very large group in town for a lacrosse tournament. Staff was great and handled our big group smoothly and easily. A big thanks to all!
I really hate when restaurants don’t offer the same specials for take out orders that they do if you sit down and eat there. It’s bad business in my opinion. Some people just prefer to eat at home or get food to go for their lunch breaks and shouldn’t be charged more because of that. Very greedy.

I put a takeout order in for 20 wings. Staff was polite when I picked it up, and they were very quick with fulfilling my order. This came to a total of $24.06 after tax, and these are the wings that we got when I opened them up at home. I’ve always loved wings but after getting wings the size of my thumbnail, this isn’t worth it.
