It's unfortunate that today's kitchen-employees have an attitude about preparing a food order in the manner the customer requested. Today, May 14th, that attitude became apparent when my requested crispy French fries came out feeling more like mashed potatoes than crispy fries. The kitchen managers needs to do their job and manage their staff. I've been a customer in the Wings Etc. across from the University Park for 30-years and the past six months has been unacceptable.

The wings are so good! Usually get curly fries too because they're delightful. Menu has was updated recently and I'm pretty sure prices increased due to inflation ?. Service is good here. Lots of tvs though, but for a sports bar it is what it is. The Wall of Flame is cool but not very full here compared to some other locations.

Dietary restrictions: My husband has celiac and has never had a problem with their bone-in wings. Can't speak for all locations but...

Service could have been better, not sure if they needed more wait staff or what but we tried to be patient. On top of one server smelling like cigarettes and made me sick and want to leave. Normally like eating here but this past Saturday was way off the normal service and food.
