Order a special they advertised and it wasn't honored so I ask for a refund, the manager said she was refunding it so whatever method I paid through the app it will return. I had the biggest feeling I was not gonna get the refund so I proceeded to go get my food, my order was cancelled a d it has been 2 months no response no refund no food. I just never go anymore for the lack of integrity and not refunding.

I ordered not knowing there was a power outage, and called the next day to get a refund for the food I never got. they told me to wait a couple weeks and it should go back into my account. I called a couple weeks later bc it never went back into my account, they told me that I needed to call at a different time when a manager was there to get the refund and that on their end it was processed, or I could have them remake my food. so I called the next day to try and get a refund and they wouldn't issue me one and also wouldn't remake my food. They also tried to blame it on my bank, and my bank literally doesn't have any record of that money going back into my account. So they literally stole my money.

Wingstop #1877 5045 Junipero Serra Blvd Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.
