At first glance, it is trendy from the outside. You come in, and you realize it is a very small space, barely room to walk past people. Super nice guy who shows you to your table! Service was fast, can't say it was super friendly. The waitress was quick but short, lacking warmth. I did the sushi sashimi lunch special, it's about $18. Beautiful presentation. However, on the first bite, I realize the fish is not very fresh - sashimi should not taste fishy at all. A couple slices were good, but it was mostly miss, which I am sad about because it was not worth $18. If you are a big sushi connoisseur like I am, then I do not recommend the sashimi and sushi plate. The boba taro tea was very good! I enjoyed it very much. The miso soup was okay but the powder wasn't even dissolved when served to me.
Parking: 2 hour street parking.

Our first sushi experience. We really liked the way the menu was set up so that you could understand what was raw and what wasn’t.
The sushi here was fantastic. They get the food out to you quick! We tried the California roll and the Yummy roll. Both were great but the Yummy roll was my favorite.
My wife got the cashew chicken with ginger salad and egg drop soup. The cashew chicken wasn’t great, it was mostly water chestnuts.
This isn’t a bad thing at all but it seems like Zing specializes in Sushi, but their other dishes are average.
That being said this was the best sushi we’ve had and we can’t wait to return again for more! Excellent service and great sushi.

Waiter was wonderful! Food was great. Had the "Amazing Roll", teriyaki salmon, sticky rice balls, shrimp and veg tempura, fried rice, coconut breaded shrimp (decent frozen product, not hand breaded at restaurant). Our 1st time there, went at 230pm, very limited indoor seating. Definitely will take the 52 mile drive again!

This place is small but the food is very good. Sometimes there is a waiting line but it's worth the wait. I highly recommend getting Suchy it is made fresh on sight and it's amazing. The service is good considering the limited staff and space.

1st time with friends who frequent Zing it was amazing mix of food choices! Service was perfect the Atmosph is just enough different to play on words (Zing) if you will! To give it a touch you don't feel elsewhere for sure a good vibe and awesome food! Will go back often I have thanked my friends for sharing the jem called Zing with me !
