Food was excellent! I had the lobster bisque soup and a berry and spinach salad. They serve the organic “Tractor” brand teas which I love. My only complaint is that the temperature of the restaurant was COLD and I ate super fast so I could leave.

Both of us ordered combo soup & sandwich. Don't remember what my hubby ordered for soup but it was real yummy, just little spicy. We both had Cali Chicken for sandwiches. Good food, good service, small place but nice atmosphere. I will definitely try mushroom soup next time (it looked yummy ?). The food will make you feel just the right amount, not too heavy. The bread was crunchy enough to make you feel enjoyably.

Just chain food. Not great and was pretty expensive for what it is. Just go to the whole foods down the street and get something prepared there instead.

They gave me a chicken pesto sandwich without the chicken. Like, that's the one part of the sandwich that's impossible to miss??? Amateurs. It was still good though.

Friday at 1:00 PM. Fast and friendly service.First time I visited. Great food. Got pick 2 thia salad and chicken tortilla soup. Sandwhich to our table under 5 minutes.

Very disappointed in a bowl chicken noodle soup of almost 12.00 had less than 10 noodles in it . You should not sell your soup if it’s short of contents . I basically got a bowl of broth

First and last time going here. Ordered a whole buffalo chicken grilled cheese and got half. See the picture. That’s a $10 sandwich. And the chili was not good either. No idea how this place has over four stars.

I ordered delivery from Zoup for lunch for myself and a coworker, today. I usually dine in, but it was a busy day so I didn’t leave the office for lunch. When I received my order, I discovered I was missing an item. Obviously disappointed, I called the Mishawaka Zoup’s phone number to speak to an employee, but I had to settle for leaving a voicemail. After I got off of work after 5pm, I checked my phone and saw that Zoup hadn’t yet returned my call. So after a second call to Zoup that went unanswered , I decided to drive there before going home to see if I could speak with a manager. Enter Isaiah R. I shook his hand, introduced myself, and then explained my issue. He apologized for not returning my call citing an unresolved phone issue on their end which currently keeps them from accessing voice messages. Phone problems notwithstanding, Isaiah then went above and beyond to take care of my issue. His swift and exceptional service is why I’m giving a four star review.
