I typically like mitchell arbys but today I did a mobile order and I got mozzeralla sticks and no mariana sauce realized that after i got home so went back and got some. The mozzeralla sticks are soggy or are not done taste gross they usually taste better then my french fries are not filled up at all. overall terrible night to get arbys. The girl who handed me my food and mariana also just seemed annoyed of my presence because of the sauce she forgot. I only ate my half filled french fries.

Went there this last Saturday ordered a Turkey club sandwich. Worst sandwich. I've ever eaten from arby's. Will not go to that restaurant again. Tried to call them and complain, but they would not answer the phone.

Everytime we have been to the Mitchell location in the passed few weeks we have left disappointed. I was there at 10:10am and was told they were out of biscuits and wasn't making anymore. This morning my wife set at the speaker for 6 minutes waiting to order. When someone finally answered her she was told they was out of gravy. This location has went down hill fast. We used to eat there several times a week and now we don't. Please management fix this location.

Considered a local staple but is definitely due for a cosmetic overhaul. The staff at this location are always respectful and patient, let's be honest you need a certain level of patients when dealing with the Arby's senior citizen customer base.
We ate at Arby’s tonight, it was the best it has been in a long time. Everything was hot and fresh. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Stopped in this morning on my way home. Only came here because I had 2 coupons. I gave them to the person at the window along with my card. I assumed they were applied to my order until I got home and found the coupons in the bottom of my bag. My order ended up costing $27 instead of $16. For nearly 30 bucks I would have gone somewhere else. If they didn't accept coupons, which they have before, they could habe told me and I would have just gone elsewhere for food.
