The food is great; HOWEVER, they are never open!! We have tried to order food in Friday or Saturday between 8p and 9p when they should be open but they are always closed! It's awful. Been this way for months. Not a delivery issue, tried to order carry out. Nope. It's terrible service.

The female manager of the Mitchell, IN store is beyond rude her attitude will cost u Greccos a lot of service and money. I love greccos but when you call to order and are answered by a rude woman who's mad about her own life choices it reflex's on the company. I suggest the higher up look into firing her or sending her off the get properly trained on how to deal with customers. Greccos plz look into this she's ruining your good name

Normally my family love this place! Today I was do disappointed. The chicken in all three salad's was burnt to the point it was black. The price we paid for this quality wasn't exceptable! We won't be back!!!

Doesn't even deserve one Star! Won't be back!Employee was rude upon arrival, I have a service dog and was asked several questions that are illigal to be asked, she continues to get mouthy and ask questions, manager was friendly but also asked twice if he was a service dog, not once did he bark, beg or move, customers came and went and he didn't make a sound, as I went to pay I tried to educate the young girl on service dogs to help her later not make the same mistake, and she continued to get mouthy, as I exited she said to me, "keep in mind the other managers wouldn't allow what we did and service animals won't be allowed so keep that in mind next time!"It's illegal to deny entery once stated as a service animal! (Unless the animal is acting out severely and the owner can't control it) but that was not the case!Under Indiana's laws on the rights of people with disabilities and the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), people with disabilities may bring their service animals to all public accommodations, including stores, businesses, motels, restaurants, theaters, and more.Had she been understanding educated as they should on service animals and friendly I would have left a decent tip....but she seriously screwed herself and showed her ignorance! Do your research, learn and educate yourself! Employee dark hair, glasses, no name, no name tag!

Located very close to the SR 37 and SR 60 intersection in Mitchell, I actually found this location a little tricky to find. You have to drive behind the auto parts store to access the parking lot.I arrived at 11am on a Wednesday for lunch, I was the first there for the day, was quickly seated and got my drink order in. The to go cups are huge, you get your money's worth! The decor is bright, restaurant was clean.I ordered the personal pizza, with breadsticks and a drink, it was one of the specials for the day. The breadsticks could be gotten with marinara or cheese dipping sauce. I opted for the cheese. The breadsticks came out piping hot very quickly. There were 3 in a basket. The breadsticks quite possibly the best breadsticks I've ever eaten. Very light and airy, with many air pockets inside, and a perfect crisp or crunch on the outside. The cheese sauce was definitely of the canned variety. However, the sticks are soo good hot you don't need any sauce.Around 10 minutes later the personal sized cheese pizza I ordered came out. There are 4 slices. The cheese was slightly oily (not uncommon for many pizza places) and the cheese was laid on pretty thick. The pizza sauce is there, you can tell it's there, but it doesn't stand out. It's faint. The pizza crust/dough appeared to be the same wonderful bread the breadsticks are made of. Light, airy, crispy on the outside, slightly chewy on the inside. Very good crust. The young lady waitress that served me was very polite, and hustled. The restaurant started filling up around 11:15. She did a fine job of serving everyone.Pros: Fantastic Breadsticks. Large to go drink cups. Pizza crust is just as good as the breadsticks. Good waitstaff and service.Cons: Pizza sauce was faint in flavor. Cheese a bit greasy on pizza. Cheese dipping sauce was somewhat bland.Overall, I found this to be a positive experience, and will be back again. I highly recommend the breadsticks, and consume them hot/warm. The pizza crust is wonderful as well.

The food is good from here but the manager who answered the phone was extremely rude. She couldn't hear me on the phone so when I spoke up, she responded with, you know what you can just order from some where else and she hung up on me. So I ordered from some where else and will continue to order from some where else.

If I could give it a negative number of stars I would. The manager is incompetent. I ate at the Bedford location a couple years ago and it was okay. Nothing amazing but I would go back. After going to the Mitchell location, we won’t be back. It is a complete disaster. The manager was openly disrespectful. It’s obvious they’re struggling and I can see why.I highly recommend having the Bedford location take away the Grecco’s name from the manager in Mitchell before she runs the entire business into the ground.

I was actually there ordering the great Wall when I noticed that they had notes all over the door and seemed to be naming the Republican governor as the reason for closing their businesses during these times and then another statement said it wasn't about the money it was about our health and well-being why bring up the governor's political party I was just confused to buy it all seems to me whoever engineered the virus should be a blam just saying
