How is this store even allowed to operate as a franchise? They are hateful about using the App and coupons. The store has some kind of a smoke shop operating within it as another entrance. The food often makes me sick after eating it. How can this town not get other sandwich franchises to open here? You’re better off just going hungry if you are trying to eat even somewhat healthy without preparing it at home.

I'm the kind of person that if I have anything good/constructive to say about someone or something I keep my mouth shut, but in this particular case I definitely can't.
New in town and because as any other residents that receive mail, we did receive coupons from Subway and if you received something like this you can either decide to use it or not; but do you know what?! It looks like if you use it at the same place that the coupons have the name from, Specially for the manager of the place, these coupons are NOT welcome. That much that before you walked in you can see in his face everything that he already commented to his subordinates (which both, the young girl and young boy, try to be kind and thanks to them it's rated up to 2-3 stars) and then he wants to rush you to order. What kind of customer service is that?! I not even believe he knows how to run a business.
If we have to drive over 5 miles to another Subway, believe us, we will. This is the only store that we have went that besides using coupons we have not leave a tip as usually we do and never had nor going to buy full price, fortunetly we have done it at other stores.

I've ordered 15 footlong sandwiches in the last 2 weeks. I drive from out-of-town because the 2 Subways near me don't accept coupons, which is the only reason I would go to a Subway these days. I've interacted with 4 different workers and they have all been pleasant. All of the sandwiches were made correctly and ready when I arrived.

Staff is awesome here. Restaurant clean. Food great. Weird that it's on the back of a smoke shop but doesn't take anything away from the restaurant itself. Jay is great!

There only never works they say give it until 12 and still will not work and I go there and they will not let you use there promotion and you can understand a thing they say and they don't even act like they will help like you a bother to be there

I wouldn't really even give them a 1 star for anything My order was wrong the Food wasn't what I ordered and their service was very poor it took them over and hour to make a 1 Sub with an add on bakon and a Salad with a bag of chips a Gatorade and Coke with an Order of 6 raspberrie cookies and sun chips. I had a 12" #30 The Beast Sub. Toasted with add on bakon lettuce pickles shredded mont cheddar roast beef ham turkey salami pepperoni on an Italian herb and cheese bread. Then the salad Turkey Salad with shredded Mont. Cheddar,Lettuce salad, spinach, cucumber, peppercorn ranch with Parmesan cheese with pickle on the side and No tomatoes but instead it came with tomato and pickles both in it also I asked for an extra ranch I did not get it. Not only was my order completely wrong but when I called no one would answer the phone. I called 5 times to get my order replaced. My online order was placed at 7:48pm I did not receive my order until 8:43pm I was charged $59.50 I expect a full refund or a full replacement. You'll be seeing me tomorrow morning with receipt in hand. Not to mention my spouse is a manager for another store. Good luck 🤞

Maybe it’s on me, I severely doubt though, but my sub, no matter what I have done, via online orders always is wrong; I don’t know if it’s incompetence, or sheer lack of caring.

This is the worst Subway to go to in terms of customer service. The guy was constantly rushing people while also yelling at people at the same time. He even yelled at a 9yr old girl! We told him what we wanted and acted like he never knew what any of the food options were. To make things worse, he made all of our orders wrong and refused to remake it. As an example, my entire order was just filled with multiple hand scoops of jalapeño and nothing else. The guy was so terrible with handling customers that another man behind us looked at us in shock. The man who works there behind the counter needs to be fired or given a lesson on courtesy and customer service before continuing his job.
