Downloaded the Wendy’s app in hopes making the ordering process faster, as I was running late for my son‘s nap time. Unfortunately, the delivery app used my location and somehow I ended up ordering in another state. I didn’t catch this until I was already at the restaurant and we could not find my order in the system. My order had disappeared from the Wendy’s app, and I was having difficulty canceling my order and re-ordering. The management team went above and beyond. They went ahead and made my food and gave it to me, despite me not having paid or ordered at the right location. They gave me the resources to cancel my order and refund my money at another time. So thankful for the caring individuals who helped me today! Wish I could’ve caught names to give a proper thanks. Food was great, as you would expect any Wendy’s establishment to be. Highly recommend if you are stopping through the Mitchell area!🙂

I went through the drive through this early afternoon right at breakfast/lunch switchover and the staff was so nice! They had such a great attitude, particularly the male who helped me. His cherry disposition really put a nice touch on my day. It was refreshing to interact with him.

We really frequent this Wendy's, and the food is almost always spot on and they will amend any mistakes! One of the cheaper ones, and workers as well.

Did a pick up order, but wasn’t ready we we got there. We are traveling and wanted a quick grab. Ended up having to wait 5 minutes for the order I had put in 5 or 10 minutes before we got there. Had to pull up and wait… but it’s not like the food was freshly made. Breakfast sandwiches were old and same with the potatoes. Asked for cream with my cold brew, didn’t get any. However there was a weird hazelnut flavoring in my husband’s hot coffee despite not wanting that? Service wasn’t great either.

Wendy's has the best 🍟 fries . Their hamburgers are good. Just gotta love the 'Frosty' shake. I have enjoyed every visit. Give them a try and see how everything turns out.
It seems like every time I used to come here something would happen. They’d forget my ice, ask me to wait and when I’d finally get the food it was cold, staff was a little rude at times, and my order was wrong almost every time. However, the last month has changed my opinion. I’ve been to this Wendy’s 2 times in the last month with my boyfriend and both times the staff was extremely friendly. The first time we had to wait a little bit for our food but they gave us an extra free frosty and were overly apologetic for the wait. The food was hot and exactly what we wanted. Then just this past week we stopped by and they once again asked us to pull forward for our food. They gave us an entire extra sandwich! We went back over our receipt and we didn’t accidentally order an extra, they might have done this on accident but either way j was extremely happy. My opinion has been turned around and I really enjoy coming here!
