Downloaded the Wendy’s app in hopes making the ordering process faster, as I was running late for my son‘s nap time. Unfortunately, the delivery app used my location and somehow I ended up ordering in another state. I didn’t catch this until I was already at the restaurant and we could not find my order in the system. My order had disappeared from the Wendy’s app, and I was having difficulty canceling my order and re-ordering. The management team went above and beyond....
I went through the drive through this early afternoon right at breakfast/lunch switchover and the staff was so nice! They had such a great attitude, particularly the male who helped me. His cherry disposition really put a nice touch on my day. It was refreshing to interact with him.
Wendy's has the best 🍟 fries . Their hamburgers are good. Just gotta love the 'Frosty' shake. I have enjoyed every visit. Give them a try and see how everything turns out.
