I really enjoyed the homestyle food and great service at the cafe, along with all of the RR memorabilia. A very good pork tenderloin sandwich. I had a very enjoyable conversation with the museum spokesperson and will be back to take the tour soon.

We had a great time! Even went on a tour after lunch ! Our tour guide was Joe and he was just a delight ! Thank you so much for keeping the history alive!

The Museum has an incredible collection of railroad memorabilia. The planning and design that went into the displays are simply outstanding. You could spend a couple hours carefully looking at everything that's on display. The docent is very knowledgeable and shares many stories about how the artifacts came into the Museum's collection. Well worth a stop if you are anywhere nearby.

We stopped on our way home, it was fun seeing the old trains - we did stop in for lunch great service but I wasn't a fan of the food. I ordered the railroad ties (chicken strips) sorry to say they were over cooked and no flavor at all, my husband had the chicken fried steak he enjoyed it. If we're ever back that way, I'll stop in again but try something else.

My grandson loved going into the caboose. The food was fresh and good. The waitress was a sweet young lady. I would recommend!

Staff is very nice. Food is great. I would have given a 5 except they didn’t tell us they were out of noodles for the beef stroganoff special and it was served over potatoes with a side of potatoes & green beans. I probably would’ve ordered something else if I would’ve known. I absolutely love the trains and taking the grandkids there.

Haven't been inside but I do stop to see the railcars. Nicely displayed. Well kept and cleaned

Patty melt was a bit dry but it tasted amazing. Sweet potato fries were excellent. Atmosphere was amazing.

It’s a great place for train enthusiasts but don’t go for the food or service. The trains and memorabilia are fascinating but the food and service were not. Service was minimal at best. We were there for two hours with no water refills and no interaction with our server. The catfish nuggets were tasteless and my spicy chicken was way overcooked and dry. My mom got the shrimp that looked liked it was pounded flat and way overcooked. My sister got the salad bar and said it was very fresh and very good.

What a neat restaurant!!

My train obsessed 5 year old loved it! We came by around 1:30 p.m. so it wasn't too busy. I had the patty melt and it was really good!

Only reason I have it at 4 stars is because once our order was taken, we didn't see our server again. We didn't have napkins, no refills. We were kind of on our own.

We loved the trains driving around above our heads. It kept my son busy the whole time, which was nice, he usually can't sit still!
I wish I took a picture of all of the train cars outside the restaurant! So many cool things to see!!

We make a stop through this area about once a year. The train stuff outside and inside is lots of fun for the kids. The restaurant is typical diner type food. The breaded tenderloin is good. We've never walked through the museum. My kids were happy walking through the caboose outside.

Took over 40 minutes after we ordered to get the food after waiting 15 minutes for them to take the oder. Received a frozen chicken patty half the size of the bun and a small handful of onion rings for $16.00. My husband's burger was fine, but again seemed like a half order of fries. Keep driving the drive-in down the road is better value.

Cute train themed restaurant to check out for the train enthusiast! They have a museum as well.

Stopped and had lunch. All you can eat salad bar was good except the cauliflower/broccoli salad had a real funky smell. I didn't eat it. My husband had a burger and he said it was good

A bit disappointed that the gift shop wasn't opened on Saturday.
