First time trying this place. Had the chicken breast lunch platter with two sides. The chicken was amazing. It was huge, smoky, juicy, seasoned great!!!!!! Would defiantly recommend it. Might be going back to try the brisket tomorrow.

The Brisket was hand down absolutely amazing. Honestly some of the best I've ever had. The ribs where a bit fatty. I will try then again before commenting anymore. The Loaded Potato was fun, I ended up drenching it in BBQ sauce.

My wife and I got take out. She had the pulled pork dinner and I had the brisket dinner. I must say that it was the best brisket I have ever eaten, and my wife loved the pulled pork. When we were there, someone sitting there was eating a loaded potato and it looked amazing. That is what I will try next visit. The people were also very friendly. Can’t wait to go back.

We ordered brisket, pulled pork, and sausage for our dinner for 20 people. Since we were serving on Christmas, we had to pick up a few days early and reheat. The reheat instructions given by Amanda were wonderful and all the meat was so delicious and moist. Even guests who were experienced smokers of meat raved about Chapman’s. They made ordering easy, price’s reasonable, and the food delicious. I could not ask for more.We eat in at times as well. The eat in area is cute and welcoming.

I have ordered take out as well as a catering order and have been blown away both times. The staff is super friendly and personal, and will work with you to accommodate your event's unique needs. So far, I have tried the pulled pork, the pulled chicken, the Mac & cheese, and the mashed potatoes. Every single one of them are a hit. The meat is tender, moist, and cooked to perfection every time. Do yourself a favor and get you some!
