“I tried to handle this privately with an email to the company but over a week without a response I decided to leave it here as a review. We stopped in for our 1st time on Saturday for a late lunch – in between the lunch and dinner guests. The food was delicious! The service however wasn't so great. Our waitress took forever to come & get our drink order (another table came in a few minutes after us and had their drinks before our waitress even got to our table). When we asked for the soup of the day she didn't know and would check and get back to us. The menu, which she said “is a new menu” didn't specify the entrée meals for 2 sides vs other options, which we found some came with only 1 side, sandwiches only come with house chips and pasta came with soup and/or salad. If you look entree up it is “main course” so since the menu didn't tell us – the sandwhich was our “main” course they thought they'd get 2 sides also. This is when the waitress went thru every section of the menu to tell us what it came with. Then we asked the difference between grilled and fried. (Fried is normally referred to as cooked in oil on the stove top) … she finally told us it was “breaded of course” and then with a look of like, 'duh what else would it be'. She got huffy (really, kind of rude) about answering our questions and answered them like we were dumb. We were also seated as far away from the outside door as we could have been and she had us and the outside, where she stayed most of the time. Another waitress brought our food. Then we had to go ask another waitress for a refill and to go containers. Our waitress came back in, in time to give us our bill. She got a good tip – hope she shared! We would try it again but I probably wouldn't want the same waitress.”

“I can not give this place enough ⭐️’s or 👍!!! My favorite is the Zoreo ice cream/milk shake and the walking tacos are delicious and every thing taste like it is fresh from the kitchen at home! My family will have many more visits at An Extra Scoop and will probably be weekday regulars this summer!”

And they cook perfectly! If I was you I would go there every day and night. The employees are so sweet. And the cooks some how are great my family and me love this place. “I ordered the Stuffed Peppers with Cuban bread (carry out) and it was absolutely fantastic! If you haven’t tried them, you should. Ashlie, Autumn, Brit D, Brit M, and the other staff are phenomenal. 10/10 recommend!”

“We absolutely love this winery! The brick oven pizza is delicious! Definitely order the chips appetizer with all the dips! Homemade guacamole is so yummy! We are wine snobs and we loved their Cabernet Sauvignon as well as many others to go! Great service! We will definitely be back!”

“Went there this evening for my daughter’s 14th birthday dinner. We specifically chose Casedores because I thought it would be so fun to have the staff sing and bring out a sombrero for her. We made reservations, invited grandparents and told our waitress it was her birthday. Waiting on one persons food while others ate and water refills after we were all done with our meal is besides the point. The waitress did ask what dessert she wanted so I got out my phone to video them singing. The waitress brought her dessert out and I asked her, oh do you sing anymore? Her response “yes we do but we’re busy” What a punch in the gut for my daughter. It probably would have taken less than 3 minutes to sing and make a teenager’s evening. So if they read this, no matter how busy you are sing and make someone’s day a little more special. It’s not about the free dessert you get it’s the experience.”
