Wineries in Monticello

“We stopped by on the way home From an FFA convention. June was working and she is absolutely amazing. We had an awesome time. The wine here is really great. And we love that there are no preservatives. If you buy some bring a cooler. They only sell it cold. We still had a 3 hour drive home. We did have a cooler but no ice. June gave us some frozen water bottles to keep it cold. They have a beautiful atmosphere and gorgeous outdoor setting.“

“My family and I were in the area celebrating a long Father's Day weekend. We happened upon Whyte Horse Winery. We loved the Tiki Hut theme inside the building. We requested to sit outside. The extremely friendly staff explained our options with their menus. We decided to try a slushie flight. Much to our DELIGHT, the slushies were just as themed as the decorations inside. How fun!! We learned that they change themes through the seasons...we definitely want to return to the area to experience other themes. ***Be sure to check out the bathroom...it's THEMED too!! LOL“
