Herbalife should be called Herbaldeath. It is a horrible toxic company whose products are very dangerous to your health. Start researching hormone disruptors & endocrine disruptors & avoid this company & all that use ingredients that disrupt hormones & the endocrine system. The other 2 talked about liver damage & other organ damage, beware.
If you have consumed anything here you need to detox & get on an adaptogenic supplement like Ashwagandha to balance the hormones these products disrupt.
My friend was having excruciatingly painful ovarian cysts & unable to get pregnant with her partner. I researched on not only what to to take supplements & eat but what to avoid & found a list of ingredients to avoid, was at least 10 long. The top 3 most dangerous ingredients are in several products & the #1 worst ingredient is in 99% of their products. Any variation is very very bad maltodextrin, maltodextrose etc if it looks or sounds like these 2 spellings it's horrible. Dr Berg on YT educates extensively on these ingredients. They are several times worse than sugar. Since going organic I've learned what ingredients mimic these like tapioca starches etc. I do my best to buy foods that are purely organic non gmo & don't contain any of these hormone/endocrine disruptive ingredients in them. It's really better to go keto if trying to lose weight & keep it off.
Btw, when I showed my friend these bad ingredients were in every Herbalife product she had, she was pissed that she had to throw it all out, but did so. In the first year she cut her ER visits in half, by the end of the 2nd year she completely stopped having cysts, by the beginning or middle of the 3rd year she was pregnant. If you know anyone with fertility issues, talk to them about getting educated on how foods can be the root cause of their infertility. They could end their struggles overnight by eliminating toxic ingredients in their foods, detoxing, & adding in healthy foods & supplements.

There are really healthy shake mixes you can buy online from Rockin Wellness & I also like Dr Gundry's Complete Protein Shake. Both use Stevia for sweeteners & its not overprocessed so it doesn't have any funky aftertaste like many corporate products do. Stevia comes from a natural plant, how it's processed makes all the difference in its taste. Many people are calling it artificial, which it is not, unless it's overprocessed.
