Surprisingly bright and clean for this typically below average chain, very friendly and well managed staff was hussling through multiple orders nonstop during my hour here, and I noticed many enjoying their lunch. I got a quick order in through the screen, curious why I needed to specify a table number when they were not bringing orders to the table? I really wish they would modernize the cafe options. Soy milk, lower sugar options, personal cup discounts, and more would give McDonald's a desperately needed fix for some nutritional and modern perks. I did enjoy my caramel macchiato for the value, large size. It is extremely sweet and lacking any balance with espresso. Thankful Monticello has a decent coffee selection!

I've never had a WRETCHED latte before today! It used to be if you screwed up the order, you remake it. Apparently, not here!! That latte had chunks in it!!! VILE! This person should be fired!!
