It was great to come back to the Midwest and have the best pizza on earth. Still tastes great!!!

Doesn't even deserve a whole star.... I call at 519 and placed my order was told 25 mins.... wasted time in the store and when we got there I waited till 558.... they handed me my pizza and failed to tell me on the phone and when I paid when I got there that they were out of breadstick.... i said refund my money for the sticks and we went home with just our pizza when we got home the pizza was cold and hard like it had been sitting there for awhile... only way to eat it was to dip it on the sauces.... whoever took over is going to run that place into the ground!

Called to order a pizza. Was on hold for 15 min. Long enough for me to drive to Pizza Hut and pick up a pizza. Which I did. Lol so no idea how their pizza tastes. When they finally came back on the line I told them it was to late bc I was sitting at Pizza Hut.

Clean establishment, and really good pizza! And amazing serves!!

Made the mistake of ordering a pickup from this location and it was a complete fail from start to finish. The guy who took my order over the phone sounded like he was high. Quoted me the wrong price over the phone, wasn't going to give me the price without being asked. Didn't enter the order into the computer while I was on the phone so he made it up from memory after and got it completely wrong. They did make a replacement pizza for me that I got a week or so later. It was fine. But when I went to pick it up, they asked for the previous receipt in person when they didn't mention it over the phone. The manager lets all the least competent employees deal with the customers while she hides in back and the lady who served me the replacement pizza has a set of lower teeth that look like kernels of corn. Owner needs to shut down and restaff before they lose their business. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The pizza is sub par as well. Thinnest crust you will ever have in your life, guaranteed.

Delivery was crazy fast which is so unusual, food was good!

Love this place wish I could get an unbaked pizza shipped to Florida!! I only get it when I go up home to visit family

Pizza was good. Service is unbearably slow! We waited 35min just to get our drinks.

Their pizza is usually really good but this visit the crust was soggy

Slowest service ever!! After waiting an hour and a half for food, my husband inquired as to how much longer it'd be only to find out they lost our ticket and hadn't even started on our food and couldn't tell us how much longer we'd have to wait. We are new to Monticello and wanted to really give them a chance but never again.

Food is so good. That's the ONLY reason we keep going back. They are SO painfully slow!

Overpriced and do not get what you're paying for! Ask for extra and pay for extra sausage and there's hardly enough to even know you ordered sausage! Usually order each week will be going elsewhere from now on.

Place Has gone down the toilet in the past year staff doesn't care. Needs complete restructure. Dust build up throughout restaurant is disgusting. Have had raw dough, raw sausage, and black pizza. Used to order once a week now I only get Monicals when it's available in other towns
