We ate here for the first time this evening for my birthday! 10/10! Everything that we had was so delicious. We did not make a reservation and were worried when we pulled up at 7:30ish but we were seated immediately.
Food items we had:
Crispy Cajun Alligator Bites.
Prime Valley Wagyu Burger, fries and bbq sweet corn.
Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Parmesan cream and crispy potato, whipped potatoes and grilled broccolini.
Banana Split Cheesecake.
Like I said everything was 10/10!! And we will be back!! I always watch as food comes by our table and everything that went by looked so good as well!
If you’re a drinker (we are not, anymore) they had a pretty impressive drink menu with an exceptional whiskey list!

This is the place to go!! We had amazing wagyu steak with grilled onions and mushrooms. Delicious appetizer. Amazing cheesecake!! Someone also came up to us and mentioned the chocolate lava cake is wonderful! Our waitress was very good. We will be back again for sure!

The new home made bologna sandwich loaded with toppings was delicious! It is not your typical bologna sandwich. It’s made with much higher quality ingredients and has the taste and texture more like ham. If you are looking for something different I highly recommend giving this sandwich a try! 10 out of 10.

We enjoyed lunch at Oak&Barrel today. First time customers, the food was amazing. I got the fish & chips the cod was so flaky and chips had the perfect crisp. My sister got the Oak&Barrel burger saying it was delicious is an understatement. Our waitress recommended the brisket egg rolls. They were so yummy. For desert a “slice” of white chocolate strawberry cheesecake! Delicious food and good company! The staff so welcoming and friendly!! Thank you Oak&Barrel!!

Parking: We ordered the crab Rangoon, and it was fabulous ! We had bacon cheeseburger and steak tacos, so so so good! The cooks here are awesome at everything they cook! It's an hour drive from us, and we found this place just passing through Monticello, Indiana I can see us making the drive just to get an awesome meal. The prices are great and the dishes are amazing. You won't be disappointed eating there!

I just ate here for New Year’s Eve dinner and I was blown away. I really was. This is a 5 star restaurant. The new years salad was probably one of the best things that I have ever had in my life. If that item was on the menu permanently it would give me a very good to drive out of my way to come back here all the time .. the service was fantastic to I had the beef Wellington. It was amazing. But the salad deserves its spot on the menu. And exactly how it is right now as well. No changes !!!!!

What a great place to eat. The waitress’ were extremely busy but handled their customers with expertise. Our waitress, Cassandra, was amazing. Food was great and took a lot home.
We like this place. Been a couple times. Had a very nice lunch by myself at the bar today. The employees couldn’t have been nicer and they were a bit overwhelmed by a large group there for a Christmas get together. The food & drink were good and I left in a good mood.

We had our anniversary dinner here tonight. We sat in the bar area and Kat was our server. She was sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, and did a great job taking care of us. For an appetizer we had the Parker house rolls (yum) and the potato bombs which were really good. I had the fried chicken special with hot honey sauce, which was amazing. The breading was seasoned perfectly and sealed in the juices. Hot and crisp, with the sauce adding that extra touch. My husband had the meatloaf and he loved it, h said he would order it again. The whipped potatoes were also great. We had the wild berry crisp and homemade apple cheesecake for dessert. Both were excellent. All the food was plated beautifully which added to the enjoyment. We will definitely be back.
