I hope this helps to the pizza crew. We were here on the 27th as many other customers who waited as well during the dinner rush, Id say it was and I want to say even though it was pretty extremely busy, you guys rock. To the employees and the sweet little lady handing out the orders, I know you guys must have been very overwhelmed with how crazy busy it was getting non stop, especially with a lot of customers waiting as so myself, some who weren't happy and some who understood the craziness. I do applaud you all for really giving and trying your hardest to get us and the other people their orders. I just want to say you guys are awesome. Thank you for giving your best and especially the positive attitude big applause for you all staying positive. I applause you papa johns. Keep up the good work. Don't let the mean customers stop you from us nice customers.

About a month ago we ordered on the app and received pepperoni pizza made with the pepperoni on first than the cheese on top. Used papa rewards to buy it so made a complaint and asked to get the rewards back and heard nothing. Last week they only had two people in the entire store working (3 called off and 1 walked out) the wait was over an hour once arriving even though I received a notification saying it was done. An employee told me after 20 minutes the system will automatically send that it's done. Still tried to be understanding because of the situation and than once home the pizza was AGAIN made with the pepperoni underneath the cheese. My bf whos mobile app it was purchsed on made another complaint to the store, and once again we've heard nothing. The only two staff members last week that stayed deserve a raise and the manager on nights needs fired. If I could give a 0 I would.

We did carry-out, large pizza and order of chicken wings. Just like many long-standing restaurants, they are starting to "tweak" the menus and specific items that they're known for. What used to be an okay pizza is now a terrible pizza, all because they are now making it with a thicker crust and less pasta sauce. I'm not sure who's idea that was, but they ruined a pizza. And I used to like their chicken wings. But now they must be trying to save money by buying old, end of life, tough and tasteless chickens. Sorry, but it seems this place has done a slow downhill decent ever since "Shaq" took it over and the board voted "Papa John" out.

Went in to get my pizza, the manager there was very rude!!!!! The pizza was stuck to the box, cheese wasn't melted, and was made wrong! Didn't even bother asking for another when I saw a pizza fully made just sitting out on the rack for god knows how long be but in the oven! This place is disgusting!!!!!!!

The garlic sauce was spilled in the pizza box and the pizza itself was stuck to the cardboard and extremely greasy. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this Papa John’s, and it is the last time I will be a customer here.

This food is so disgusting. The pizza falls apart from being undercooked and the oreo bites are so chewy I can’t chew. She skimped on the icing even though I paid for extra. Terrible. I’d give no stars if I could. Completely ruined me wanting to eat papa John’s ever
