If it's going to be an hour and a half, tell me it's going to be. Don't make me wait in a waiting room with no seats with 15 other people. If youre backed up tell the truth, ill wait at home for an hour and a half then come grab it instead of waisting my time.

I ordered pizza for my family today and was quoted that it would arrive at 7:00 I looked on the app and it stated it was still in the oven it was in the oven for 30 minutes called them because what they are doing is clearing it as it gets on their screen and then it shows on their order app that it's in the oven so when you call because it's late the man gets crappy with you very rude!!!!! And not supposed to be clearing the pizzas off the screen until the pizza goes into the oven. Per company policy!

This place has been a joke since it opened. Cant get orders right or even done. Placed an order, it said 35 minutes, went in at 45 minutes and they hadnt even started makeing it. A dozen people waiting for there orders that had been waiting almost an hour and being told 20-30 minutes longer. Very very sad place. Go to Arnis or pizza hut. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!
The cheese from the pizza was sloshed all to one side.

Employees are tweaking the menu recipes and it taste terrible. Avoid the Garlic knots. They put some awful butter, garlic, pepper concoction whoever it is needs terminated asap
