Prices are just too high and not enough cleaning for as many things as people are touching. Milk shake was very disappointing.
The owner was super friendly right off the bat! We walked in we’re a bit overwhelmed with the options! All I can say is it’s a sweets buffet!! We will be back!! Even sent home a pup cup for our buddy at home
My wife Amy and I have moved a long way from Monticello but every time we travel together through Monticello, weale a point to stop at Skipper's for some of the best ice cream concoctions in the world. We highly recommend Skipper's.

This place was adorable! Its all almost self serve and they have so many flavors of soft serve ice cream and any toppings you can think of. I had a chocolate melt and it was delicious, my kids had ice cream and ate every bite! Highly recommend if you visit this city!
Our favorite ice cream shop! So many different varieties of ice cream and toppings. Plus the staff is always so welcoming!
The setting and amenities are great, but the selection seems limited and the price seems pretty steep compared to other ice cream shops in the area.
