Somehow this location worked some special magic, had the pumpkin spiced latte at three other Starbucks to much dismay, quite nasty really. But not here, well balanced and clean shot of espresso, made for a pleasant surprise sipping a well above expectations java drip in a Kroger of all places. Staff was wonderful too and happy to use my personal cup, everything looks and tastes better in glass! I noticed a steady stream of pickups all greeted and handled swiftly. Found a good table with outlet and working wifi, score for Monticello!

I have gone into this store 4 weekends in a row and they have not had their protein cold foam. Even before the protein cold foam they hardly were fully stocked. The store is being ran by a bunch of kids who lack customer service and don't care when customers are disappointed. I've already expressed my concerns last weekend with guest relations/customer service about this. If they can't keep staffed or stocked then maybe they shouldn't be open. Its disappointing when it's the only starbucks in town and can't order what you want because they are constantly out of it. Something needs to change!

I shop at the location everyday.. and I think today will be my last.. when they let Dillion go they lost their customer relations person.. they have a bunch of kids that work in there now that just don’t care.. $7 is a lot of money to spend everyday just to have my drink not prepared correctly.. my drink has not tasted right all week.. very disappointed in what I have been receiving and for the lack of customer service.. the location itself is also an issue.. they need to build a new location with a drive thru.. will not be returning until they fix their customer service and attention to detail.. VERY DISAPPOINTED
Don't go to this starbucks unless you want to be treated poorly and screwed out of your money and stars. The one in Battleground is much better and the staff actually know how to do their jobs properly. Was there today and they argued with me about personal cups being used and didn't scan my app properly to receive my stars. The girl there had a ton of attitude. The staff there used to be great, but not anymore.
