I shop at the location everyday.. and I think today will be my last.. when they let Dillion go they lost their customer relations person.. they have a bunch of kids that work in there now that just don’t care.. $7 is a lot of money to spend everyday just to have my drink not prepared correctly.. my drink has not tasted right all week.. very disappointed in what I have been receiving and for the lack of customer service.. the location itself is also an issue.. they need to build a new location with a drive thru.. will not be returning until they fix their customer service and attention to detail.. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Don't go to this starbucks unless you want to be treated poorly and screwed out of your money and stars. The one in Battleground is much better and the staff actually know how to do their jobs properly. Was there today and they argued with me about personal cups being used and didn't scan my app properly to receive my stars. The girl there had a ton of attitude. The staff there used to be great, but not anymore.

If all of Dillans worked as he handles his customers with the attention to customers and acknowledging his customers as they get to the counter instead ignoring and filling orders only to look and continue moving slowly getting close to closing tonight just to possibly discourage guests from ordering. Only 1 of his employees is as nice and courteous as he is. Pray he gets better staff.

Slowest Starbucks ever! I ordered while i was in town thru the app… took 25 mins to get it. I gave them the benefit of a doubt and ordered again a day later while and still the same. I even shopped slowly, checked out and my order still wasn’t ready. I ordered one drink.
