If all of Dillans worked as he handles his customers with the attention to customers and acknowledging his customers as they get to the counter instead ignoring and filling orders only to look and continue moving slowly getting close to closing tonight just to possibly discourage guests from ordering. Only 1 of his employees is as nice and courteous as he is. Pray he gets better staff.

Slowest Starbucks ever! I ordered while i was in town thru the app… took 25 mins to get it. I gave them the benefit of a doubt and ordered again a day later while and still the same. I even shopped slowly, checked out and my order still wasn’t ready. I ordered one drink.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this is the third awful visit. The first time I stood there for 20 minutes waiting to get my mobile order wail the two girls laughed and joked and they only started making it when I went over and stood right by the pickup counter. No one else was there. Last time we went they had cleaned up early and they were out of espresso, cold brew, and ice coffee. Just now, same thing. We didn’t get anything either time. So disappointing when we drive 40 minutes to get Starbucks and they are pretty much closed at 8.

I am a regular here. Have been for 4 years- the coffees I have been getting lately are not consistent. Today 11/21/22 at 10:14am I paid $8.00 for a plain grande Americano- which tasted like hot water and a talk cappuccino with no caramel sauce which I paid extra. I love Starbucks and I don’t mind the wait- they were not busy at that time. But, to go back after my coffee has cooled and complain, I don’t have time to do this. Very frustrating.

The barista left mobile ordering on and went to break. My break was supposed to be ready at 12:50 and it’s now 1:30 and I’m getting my stuff FINALLY. When I called I got no answer so I called the kroger manager and he was no help at all. She should be in big trouble. She had at least 5 mobile orders waiting.

Absolutely love Monticello Starbucks!!! Hands down best customer service! I go daily to buy a coffee just so I can say hi! They always take my personal request… My daughters tiktok drink request.. and everything in between! Dillon, the manager, is ALWAYS so helpful and knowledgeable and ready to go above and beyond for his customers!! They know almost everyone by name and their drink orders! Top notch service! I can’t say enough about the staff and service!!!

Run… don’t walk… to Monticello Starbucks. Order a venti lemonade with raspberry syrup on bottom and strawberry açaí base on top…. You will not be disappointed!
