I try my hardest to be understanding but to call a store and to put instructions to please toast my sandwich you didn’t even toast either or my sandwiches were beyond cold and couldn’t even try to eat it… every time I come here it’s either something being messed up or never heated up. Very rare I have a good day with them and all my stuff is correct.

Worst subway by far. Recently moved to area and tried this subway. Don't waste your time or money.

Placed an online order for three subs. Got home all three subs were wrong. Called and the manager said he followed the receipt. I said no you did not I am looking at the sandwiches. He told me I had to bring them back. How to go all the way back to Monticello. Said the tag fell off our bag and they put the wrong one on it. Supposed to refund my money. If they do I update my review.
