Worst subway by far. Recently moved to area and tried this subway. Don't waste your time or money.

Placed an online order for three subs. Got home all three subs were wrong. Called and the manager said he followed the receipt. I said no you did not I am looking at the sandwiches. He told me I had to bring them back. How to go all the way back to Monticello. Said the tag fell off our bag and they put the wrong one on it. Supposed to refund my money. If they do I update my review.

Service was excellent ? I took most of the beef off of my sandwich. It had a weird flavor! ? I think they changed product. I have not been to Subway in a couple of years!

Service was absolutely horrible! Workers were mean and disrespectful to what we wanted on our meals and we couldn’t get extra of something even though we offered to pay more. Definitely not going back!

Ordered 2 orders for pick up got there at 840 brought 2 of my subs out but didn’t bring other 3 sat in the car until 936 for my other 3 workers are very rude the females in there are VERY LAZY!!! Last couple times I’ve been here they sit there and make the guy work he is a very hard worker 2 females with blonde hair look like they need better hygiene also this is the worse subway I have ever went too. Called the store spoke with the manager for a second during mid convo she hangs up on me. Don’t eat here food was nasty and cold I called Mike the owner and left a voicemail

Ordered 2 sandwiches off of the app for pick up. Got them home and saw that one was totally wrong. I called and spoke with the manager lady of the shift and she was honestly pretty rude. I drive back to get the sandwich remade and the rest of the staff was great. Very polite but I saw the manger getting annoyed with even more customers. Very unprofessional. I’ve heard bad things about this particular store and she might be the reason why.

Wow, several new sandwiches I didn't know about. Tried the foot long cookie for $5.00. Loved it.
They were really warm and welcoming, and they worked quickly to get the switches in place. Additionally, the pricing was very reasonable.

My parents had a coupon for 2 ft longs for 12.99 a coupon for a 6in for 3.99. He took my order very patiently, due to having 2 coupons.. I went through drive through. Would highly recommend.

They were quick with our online order. The site said 15 to 20 minutes, but I walked in after 10 minutes and I was kind of standing back a little watching them make subs for the walk in customers in line and not even probably 2 minutes in the restaurant one of the employees asked if I was there for an online order and I told her yeah and she headed over to hand me the paper bag with our subs in it. I grabbed some napkins and was on my way. All the subs were made correctly and they honored my special request to only toast half of one of the subs. The lady was friendly and seemed to be on it!
Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies to choose from.
Dietary restrictions: Might be able to find dishes that meet certain dietary restrictions here.
