I'm a truck driver. I get meat patties all over the country for my dauchaunds. This ignorant facility wants u to buy the whole sandwich. Can't sell a patty. As well the ignorance of the so called manager at 828 pm we'd. Eve. Stated out loud some bs policy about having to buy a sandwich instead of selling patties. They need to keep professional and have their business talks in the office not in public ear.

Worst Wendy's I've ever been to.....a year ago id have said one of the best fast food joints period but amazing how a year changes things. The cold double baconator along side the smart ass crew n management of the late night shift is just absolutely ridiculous. Good luck moving forward with this fine bunch. If i were someone thinking of going here id definitely consider all alternatives including the gas station right down the road. Tried calling to talk to em about it and they literally hung up.

Went in lobby at 10 til nine. Manager announced us. A long haired kid came to the counter and very rudely announced that the lobby closes in 4 minutes, that we need to hurry up and order. I've worked fast food and if I would of said that to a customer, I would of been fired on the spot. Manager either acted like she didn't hear or just didn't care. If that's the way non drive thru customers are treated, they need to just close down drive thru. What if it was an elderly couple, or a handicapped person. Would they have been treated the same?

Horrible, had to wait for 15 minutes to get waited on, food finally came it was cold took it back to the counter for a refund I would rate this place lower if there was a zero

Customer service sub par. It doesn’t hurt to say hi. Or really anything would have been cool. I was missing food but no one came back to the window and so I just left. My loss

Bad days happen, I understand. This was not a good day for this wendy’s. The mic didn’t work at the drive thru so you had to order through the window, already a big line. They forgot to make/ give me 2 sandwiches. Decided to go in to get them instead of getting back in line. while i was waiting another customer got a messed up order also. There is a mcdonald’s in the same area, just saying if I had to pick… Positive note, gave me the missing sandwiches with no fuss.

Beware of the drive thru speaker. It's like a megaphone to the face. I was told there is "nothing" they can do. Maybe a sign, a warning, talk quieter, mic farther from your mouth? If you have a problem with that then you will become the problem. I recommend at least a twenty foot distance from this super blasting speaker! 🤯

Clean tables, clean restrooms. Extremely friendly staff with Christmas Holiday spirt. Most workers had bells on. Staff was extremely friendly
