We just ate lunch here!! It was sooo good my new favorite place for a tenderloin! Such a nice and friendly place. The radio was set to the perfect station too. Loved it we will be back.
My partner and I just moved here two days ago, so this was our first time eating at Carrie’s Restaurant. They say first impressions are everything and it was a great dine-in experience! The hostess, Evelyn, warmly greeted us as we came in and we got to sit in a nice, quiet area of the restaurant; a cute, small town diner. Our server, Gabby, was super helpful with recommendations on the menu and checked back on us frequently to make sure we were all set during our meal. The food...
Went here for all you can eat fish. I didn't find anything overly impressive about it. Filets were small, thin and a tad over cooked breading lacked flavor. They ran out of coleslaw and the cook made his own, it was delicious. Our server was very nice and attentive. We will probably go back to try something else but definitely not the fish. They do have a variety of menu items that look appealing and I've heard the biscuits and gravy are very good.
