Our fries were cold by the time we got them home which is 3 minutes down the road. Other than that the guy who helped us was very nice and apologized for any wait we had. There was a man, that I'm assuming was a manager, who was yelling and complaining about the customers in the drive thru

I eat at at Arby's a lot but to night was so ? not right first it was cold so when I did get my food it was cold frys cold sandwich was so so but over cooked in the mic as I got a number 3 the broth was cold cold the bread was so rubbery I could not eat it that you got a the guy that rung me up yes I am hard to understand but I pointed at the menu board and help up 3 fi gers you would thing that would be a very good clue as I don't have a voice box from cancer... than...

Manager was really rude, it was only 8:30 doesn't close till 10:00, He said Isn't there any other place open and he gave us evil looks because we came in. The food was all cold and nasty.
