The workers are professional and friendly. Plant based sausage pizza is excellent. Love the cinnamon bread for desert.
Ordered a pizza, 2 subs and an entree salad online.
When I went to pick it up, the food was hot, delicious and done on time.
The gentleman working the window was super nice and personable.
Great job!!! We will be back!!

Ordered online at 7:50ish for 8:22 pickup showed up 10 minutes late because I know the online system is often wrong on the time from previous experiences. Waited additional 10 minutes or so to be told my order vanished. So they had to remake it left with my pizzas around 8:57. Good news is they comped my bill but yeah the wait stunk. I'll still go back, though I wish their app estimated the pickup times better.

Donatos Pizza offers a fast and enjoyable dining experience, with their pizza described as delicious. Customers have raved about the beef mariachi, claiming it to be even better than they remembered. The food is served hot, and the price is reasonable, making the service excellent and quick, with orders typically ready within 15 minutes. The restaurant is noted for its lots of veggie combinations, providing plenty of vegetarian options. It is also a family-friendly environment with wheelchair accessibility and plenty of parking.
Customers have recently praised the kind and helpful service, with a young gentleman named Eric and a lady named Shilo providing excellent assistance. Shilo was described as incredibly sweet, ensuring all customer needs were addressed, and efficiently checking out customers at the carryout window. One customer particularly enjoyed Shilo's recommendation of the pepperoni duo drizzled with hot honey, which they found to be phenomenal. The website can be challenging, but the food and service make it worth the effort.
