I just discovered this restaurant, and it saddens me that it's closing on 12/27. Every dish we tried made me feel like I was back in my favorite town (NOLA). A new place similar to this is opening in Fountain Square, and if it even comes close to this place I'll be a delighted individual.
Please please for the love of all that’s good bring back the YaYa Chicken!!!!!! I would visit at least once a week if you bring it back and my party of 6 all want the YAYA CHICKEN LOL.

I don't know if this place has gone downhill or what. I have always heard how good it is and finally went. The building has fallen into major disrepair. (Large holes in walls covered poorly by signs.) The food wasn't bad for the mist part but it wasn't great either. The rice was absolute mush. The one fantastic thing was the sauce on the bread pudding. I would buy buckets of that sauce. But nothing else there was worth returning for.
