My family and I have eaten at Pub House at least a dozen times over the last year with good overall experiences in terms of service and food. I was shocked this evening when we sat down at our table. Usually within 2 minutes or so a waiter stops by to at least acknowledge us and greet with a smile if not take our drink order. However after waiting for 20 minutes without even a moment of eye contact from a single staff member, we got up and walked out. I'm pretty sure no one even knew we were there or had left. Multiple waiters walked by our table during the time we were there, not one acknowledged us. Absolutely bottom of the barrel service on an evening that wasn't even that busy. Sitting down at a chain restaurant over on McGalliard now, and within 7 minutes we've already got drinks and our food order is in. Also was greeted by multiple individuals with a smile. I will not be recommending this place to others, and a chain restaurant will be getting my money and a 5 star review instead.

Atmosphere is always hopping. Brandon and Alexis are great bartenders. The food is consistent and always good. Been here many times but for the first time I had a steak tonight and the filet was perfect. Alexis made the salad and creamy horseradish. We love it here and go often. You need to try it!

Have visited half dozen times. Burgers are great. Tried the fried chicken salad on most recent visit. Don't buy that unless you want to waste your 16 bucks on a half a head of iceberg lettuce and 1 chicken tender. The ribs on my previous visit were very disappointing. The bar selection is good. Bloody Mary's are top notch. I'll go back but only for burgers.

Always solid. Service friendly and attentive. Good selection of menu items and has always been consistent. Room is inviting. Lots of TVs, not too loud even when packed.

When you charge $30 for a steak you need to have someone that can cook it to order. Ordered it medium, first was well done and second was medium well and over cooked on one side. Lacked any real flavor as well. Got a 30% discount instead of comping the steak. Rest of the food was good and server was doing her best. Not going back.
