I ordered a large mocha breve with an extra shot and comes out cold. I didn’t order it cold and they didn’t ask. So when I hand it back the drink she comes back out with is a medium and it has no whip cream, it didn’t get an extra shot and there is no flavoring. It was horrible but by then I had already left.

Really starting to go downhill. I stopped getting coffee here because they couldn’t get it right. Always getting charged for no ice and fill but still getting ice. So what am I paying you extra for? So I started going to Dutch bros, that’s saying a lot because I’m not a fan of Dutch bros . I went and ordered a large energy for it to be made a medium. I’m tired of complaining or being “confrontational” when the order takers just don’t listen.

Muncie received a lot of snow but kids and wife wanted to get out of the house and see how the roads were. Only a couple places were open so we stopped at 7 brew for a couple drinks! Emma was working solo as the manager and was more than happy to help us on this cold day! Keep up the good work Emma! Natural leader!

Nothing like waiting in line for 30 minutes every time you want a coffee here

This place started so strong when they first opened but has gone totally downhill. You wait 30 minutes in line just to receive a drink that tastes bad and half the time isn’t the right order. I ordered a medium blondie and sunrise fizz soda and received a sweet and salty breve and chiller that wasn’t even the right flavors and both drinks were poorly made and tasted gross. Annoying continuously wasting money and hoping it’ll be better the next time but it never is

Coffee is so good but they make zero effort to serve customers in the order they arrive. It's so blatant, it's almost like it's on purpose. Pretty simple concept when there's only 3 cars in line.

The only place I’ll go for a coffee! I even went to one in Kentucky on our vacation. I will say I only have had maybe 3 drinks messed up since I started going once my coffee tasted like cleaner an smelled like cleaner . I came back and let them know and they replaced my drink which was made correct . She said she was sure why it had tasted like cleaner because they hadn’t cleaned their machines yet for that day (2:00pm ish) other wish the staff is always friendly and coffee is yummy.
My daughter's and I love 7brew. However, in the last week my coffee was wrong every single time. Considering we are there almost everyday I don't understand how they are getting it so wrong. I specifically told them each time after the first 2 times it was wrong to be sure to get it right. No, they still can't. I'm very unhappy that 7brew has filled the Tillotson store with new people that have no idea what they are doing.
