I would prefer it if the employees were experienced in crafting drinks rather than simply being bodies with tablets. The menu is already confusing, and having skilled baristas would improve the experience. On the opening day, there were more experienced baristas assisting with orders and crafting drinks compared to the second month after opening.She didn’t even give me the option for my phone number and went directly to payment, when I asked to do that it was too late. This place is too expensive to not have the rewards program and now I’m 2 farther drinks away.

Without sacrificing on taste, it’s a much better value than Dunkin & Starbucks. With my wife being diabetic, the large selection of sugar free syrups is a huge bonus.

I love the drinks and the atmosphere. However, the girl taking our order was working her first ever shift and was struggling through it a bit. This wasn’t the problem at all and we didn’t mind waiting while she asked questions to figure it out. But her (what I assume manager) came up to her in front of us and was extremely rude to her and condescending. He took the iPad from her and told her she needs to go back on training after this order and totally embarrassed her in front of us. He didn’t even help her type it in so him coming over to yell at her in front of customers were useless. Another girl employee was extremely kind and helped her and apologized for the wait. This was so unprofessional of him and the girl was just trying to get in the swing of things.

Thier blender was down. Bolland new store, and already thier blender is down. Paid 18 dollars for 3 drinks, and none of them were right. Some type of cinnamon coffee on ice, but it tasted more like coffee with whole milk. Trash coffee, and overpriced drinks. Never again!
