Food was ok, service was poor. Took 50 min for food after we ordered, wasn't to busy. Our table was not kept up on. Had to ask for more refills. As we were waiting we played trivia on there pay/order device, it never said anything about being a charge for the games and they tried to charge $3.00 for it. Needless to say we did not leave a Tip as we felt like one wasn't deserved. We won't be going back anytime soon.

Poor service, went with handicap Dad and no handicap parking.they converted most of it to curbside. We tried to park there and staff came running out and said we had to leave. 2/212025 Tried again after 4 years. We were seated for 20 minutes, no one ever came to get order. Saw others seated after us that got drinks and placed order. Never again!

No complaints. It was nice. I would say that they met the expectation of a restaurant. But nothing really stuck out to make them more than or unique to a large chain restaurant. I ordered the hot honey chicken. With waffle fries. And a side of coleslaw.

My husband and I ordered the cheeseburgers. Mine was the whiskey bourbon. I don't remember what his was but The meat was so burnt we could not eat it. The manager took the meals off so it was only my drinks or meal was only 11.99

Waited forever to get our food everything was cold or overcooked. When we were told we were waiting on my wife's pasta to finish cooking and it was cold to the touch. So there for we had to wait even longer to get everything fixed . Usually never have a problem but guess everyone has bad days...
The food is usually good, sometimes I have small mess ups usually from the kitchen but other than that we love it here.

Ordered artichoke dip wait is 30 minutes. 30 minutes hours by kitchen days another 30 minutes. Who forgot to thaw out the artichoke dip? It's Saturday night?
