I loved our waiter Zach, our food was amazing, he spilled our 2 drinks but we all started joking around, the atmosphere was amazing, made my family’s night so much better. Funniest night we have had in a long time.

The food always tastes great. But every time we are in we have bad servers that don't pay attention to what you order and how you order and don't bring refills. I definitely won't go to Muncie Applebee's anymore. EDITED: Applebee's sent me vouchers to use in the restaurant to try again. The first vouchers used on 11/3/25, the waitress we had was not attentive to refils and the food was good but yet again cold! I wasn't happy. Next voucher we used 11/15 and our waitress was awesome, she kept up on refills and our food was hot- finally! Thank you Applebee's for the vouchers! We just might be back.

Waited over 20 minutes just to order drinks, Waited another 20 minutes to get them and order an appetizer. Waited 30 minutes to order our food that sat under the warmer, steak was raw instead of medium well, never offered anything else to drink. Had to go find someone to get a friend a water. Couldn't eat, manager did offer a coupon for my troubles since I had already paid which was nice of her.

I was very disappointed in how slow their service was. We were sat at a table with a non working kiosk and the server waited 10 minutes before coming to take our order. We ordered the Asian zing boneless tenders which tasted more like teriyaki and then the shrimp& bourbon chicken which was more like baked chicken minus the bourbon.. Definitely not coming back here to this location. The only good drink that was worth it was the Berry blue blast mountain dew.

There are numerous stores in this strip mall but parking and traffic is terrible. Getting out of the parking lot and back on to the road is a nightmare.
Used to go all the time, service has sucked the last 2-3 times we went. Food was o.k. We even went to a different town, hoping it would be a better experience but sadly it wasn't! gonna try out chilis

The signage outside completely blocks the restaurant and the restaurant is not even on the signage. Theb once you actually FIND the restaurant this place is etremely hard to get into like Fort Knox. I drove circles around it trying to find decent parking, all the spots are very far from the building. Its best to park on one of the 5 parallel spots that are barely paintaed .Customer service is mediocre, i got a strange look wheb i asked jlynn for help. I find it odd that a restaurant wouldn't have a low calorie (alcoholic) beverage option...why is that? It makes it difficult for patrons with the beetus. The dining room as way too bright, the atmosphere is like walking into a well lit cafeteria even at 2300. Oh and they were out of EVERYTHING we wanted to order, so dont come here on a Sunday night, your anniversary, or better yet just dont come for dinner. Your best bet is to come during lunch before they run out of food. This places ONLY svaing grace are its cooks. The steak was extremely good and so are the potatoes. I REALLY wanted to give them a lower rating but who ever was cooking on earth wind and fire September 21st 2025 day IS AN AMAZING COOK and deserves a raise

Would give zero stars if I could. Me and a couple of my friends came for drinks and half off apps and we sat for over 15 minutes without anyone waiting on us, despite so many servers walking past us. I didn’t notice many people in the restaurant, either. We sadly left, and I was looking forward to getting the watermelon marg. 😒
