We used to eat at Arby’s pretty regularly. We do not receive coupons so we have stopped. I know there is an App. We would rather have coupons. I can tell you I know several older folks that do not eat at Arby’s either. Coupons are really just easier. If you want more customers offer coupons again. Area code 47302. Very interested in eating Arby’s but not at regular prices.

Went through the drive up and got 3 of the Philly Steak sandwiches, 2 of them were GREAT one looked like pig slop, was very slimy and cold.

We had the Ham and Cheese. It is delicious. They really need to keep this on the menu.
The facility was very clean. The service was good. The food was good. After ordering and paying, I found out they no longer have a condiments bar, so you have to request condiment packets. I was then informed that this location was no longer offering the 3 pepper sauce. The strawberry shake, the best onion rings ever, and the 3 pepper sauce retired so they can offer a mediocre hamburger and a less than par gyros. I am pretty sure the best item for them to retire is upper management. I think I’m done with Arby’s.

Refused to remake my order after they messed it up. The food that was made correctly was good, however the managers treat you horribly and like an inconvenience when you ask for a replacement.

Everything was great! Except the part where we didn't get our mozzarella stix... So my boyfriend went inside to get them, and dude was sooo defensive demanding we pay, because we "didn't order any." Okay dude.. we definitely asked for them. But we will gladly pay if we didn't already?? Chill tf out 🥴😅
