Everything was great! Except the part where we didn't get our mozzarella stix... So my boyfriend went inside to get them, and dude was sooo defensive demanding we pay, because we "didn't order any." Okay dude.. we definitely asked for them. But we will gladly pay if we didn't already?? Chill tf out 🥴😅

Didn't say 1 word except the price.. not even a thank you at the end. Managers have accepted this attitude because it's hard to find employees.. NO

You always get great food at Arby's. You are always greeted by happy workers, eager to assist you with your order. In fact, out of all of the fast food restaurants, I score Arby's the highest because no matter what city you go to, they are consistently polite, helpful, and their food is delicious. Also, IF you ever have an issue, they apologize and make it right immediately. Once when they were super busy, they inadvertently forgot the bag containing 2 orders of fries for my kids. They dispatched an Uber Eats driver AT THEIR EXPENSE to deliver my food. THAT IS A GREAT COMPANY! I wish I could give them 10 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I ❤️ Arby's!
