Fries were cold and gross. I ordered a double beef and cheddar. I did not get a double. Potato cakes were also cold and gross. No straws in bag. No napkins in bag. By far the worst service I’ve ever had from Arby’s. This is horrible. For almost 30$ for 2 combos. For cold nasty food. And missing straws and napkins. Drive thru girl was rude at the window and snarky sounding as well. I won’t ever go back to this location. It was about 615 pm

Today I went out on a limb. I tried the steak bite sandwich. It scared me. I can’t even lie just looking at the photos but something yearn for me to just reach out and try it and I did as I took bites into it. I realize what I’ve been missing. It was the steak bite sandwich I needed it. I yearn for it. That is all.

Service is just terrible at night, they desperately need help. Every time I’ve come through on my way to work, I’m stuck sitting through drive through at least 10 to 15 minutes, even when there’s only couple cars in line. I came through tonight cause I really wanted to try the fried turkey, again I’m stuck waiting that long for one sandwich, and almost late for work. Was not happy with the sandwich at all, barely any toppings and slopped together

Was here few nights ago, was waiting at the counter and no one showed up till around 7 minutes later. Not busy they were in the back and made eye contact with a blonde girl many times. Manager name jennifer came to take order. Had irritated tone did not feel welcome. The food was okay
