Nicest thing about this facility was the old throwback sign from the '70s with the old cowboy hat food was mediocre services so so went to the drive-thru so the atmosphere was so so I would not return this location or I would not recommend it as well.

Fries were cold, and I'm pretty sure my roast beef was off, so I'm glad I wasted all that money. I'm normally the first to defend Arbys but yall haven't served me a good meal in far too long so I'm done.

This was literally just 10 minutes ago!!!
I ordered a burger meal when I bit into the burger it was so mushy and wet I looked and it’s completely red. I couldn’t even swallow what was in my mouth. I called first before taking the trip back just to make sure someone could remake my food. The lady who answered the phone said to me well we don’t make burgers well done all of our burgers have red. I said excuse me? I don’t even like any meat well done but I know what a burger temperature should be set to to be considered done. And she say well do you still have the food. I respond yes. She said well if you bring it back it’s the only way I can remake it. (Which was my original question before she got smart) now I don’t even want the burger. And this was the first and last time I’ll ever eat Arby’s. I’m assuming because I’m black I eat well done meat. (But I have a degree in culinary arts and I’m 100 percent positive this isn’t right) and I also have empathy and I’m sure that if as terrible customer service. At a place that wasn’t even busy. Do better.

I ordered through the app, picked up my order at the pick up section, which was clearly indicated. I made changes to my order, which were followed perfectly. The Greek Gyro was tasty, still not sure about the mozzarella sticks, but that was my choice and I have had them before.

Sat down at a clean table, plenty of space even though it was lunch time on a week day, music playing was decent.

Overall, a pleasant dining experience for a fast food restaurant. Will definitely visit again as I work in Muncie and have an hour lunch.

I have lost so much money from them forgetting to put something in my bag. It has happened at least 5 times at this location in the past few months (and countless times throughout the years) that I finally figured I would write a review in order to warn people to check their bags. Last night they charged me regular price on a 2 sandwiches deal because I "mixed and matched" but then gave me 2 of the same anyway, costing me 6 dollars more than I should have paid. And no, I'm not going to go back to the restaurant to pick up my side item or switch out a sandwich, nor do I want to go back the next day to pick up that one thing. It's frustrating that I need to open my actual sandwiches to check if they're right before I leave the drive thru. Do better please. AND BRING BACK THE HAM! You can't say "we have the meats" but not have ham.

Ordered $50 worth of food on the app a little after midnight and set the time for Asap. They close at 1am. Once I paid, the pickup time set for the next day. Tried to cancel the order but there was no option to. I drive up there to let them know and they can’t access my order because “the system shuts off at midnight” as I was told. The guy said there was nothing he could do. So Im out $50 for the night and have to return in the morning for a refund. The guy didn’t offer an apology for the inconvenience, wish me a good night, nothing. Arby’s should make the app unavailable to take folks money if they cant place an order for the time the customer states. Poor system and poor service. I didn't eat any food although I paid $50 and still don’t have that money back, so one star on the food too.
