They changed their fries to waffle fries and they are not VERRY good. The rest of it is what you'd expect very greasy fried food.

Terrible service. Out of stock of Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, and multiple other items, and NOTHING was communicated to me about it until after I placed my order and payed and received my food. Then and only then was I told about all these things I ordered not being in stock, but they sure had no problem taking my money for these things they did not have! Also, the store was dirty, very dirty, like should be reported to the board of Health kind of Dirty. I will never go back to this location ever, ever, EVER! I hope it gets shut down for health code violations because I know for a fact there are plenty of violations in this absolutely Disgusting excuse for a restaurant.

Had a TERRIBLE experience at this A & W last weekend. My 15 y/o son really wanted to try it because he had never been to an A & W before. We went through the drive through. The speaker was not working well, or something, because the person taking our order kept asking us to repeat, 2-3x for each item, all the items we ordered. Then we pulled up to the window and waited for 10 minutes. Eventually we were handed our sodas and told to pull forward because our food was taking awhile to cook. We did as we instructed. We waited another 10 minutes at the new spot. Finally someone came out and asked if the employee at the window had taken money for our order. I responded saying no, we had not paid yet. Without saying anything, that employee turned back around and went inside the restaurant. After waiting another 10 minutes with nobody bringing us food or coming out to speak to us, we left. This restaurant is terrible.

Used to love getting A&W but after today don't think I'll be ordering from them for a long while again. All food was cold, burger bun stale, only got 5 onions rings that were burnt and a half a small box of clams.

Foods fine, service is great, and finally a business this year where I heard Merry Christmas instead of Happy Holidays.
The burgers were fresh and yummy 😋 very good and the prices were wonderful 👌 highly suggested the cooks were super nice they derseve a raise!

So, we come in here to get some food. Have been here many times before no issues. Sitting here, waiting, and it's been 15 minutes already. Go and ask for our food, and we're told that we have all these people in drive thru first, and then us. Like REALLY? Never again. Honestly, I'm surprised this place is still open. Apart of me wants to get a refund and leave. I promise this though, I will NEVER be back here again. This is why companies go bankrupt. Trash companies, trash management, and trash employees. Period!!
