This is our favorite ice cream shop in town. They've done amazing when it comes to birthday cakes, catering, and just the regular ice cream craving. Also, everyone there is so nice! Can't recommend this place enough!

Got 2 scoops of Gold Medal Ribbon when I found pieces of plastic in the ice cream. When I took it up to the counter, they tried to tell me it was ice until I pointed out that ice melts in your hand, plastic doesn't. The only offer I was given was another scoop of ice cream out of THE SAME container that had plastic. I think I'll pass on ever coming back here.

TERRIBLE we pulled in a 8:57 we go and park as we park one of the workers come and hurry to turn the lights of so we go to drive through and wouldn’t answer don’t go wouldn’t !!!!!!!!!

Why offer a quart to be packed if the employee is only going to pack it half way? Also why offer a $2 off coupon and then not take it? It says no where on it only good for certain items. My daughter had a coupon also one employee took hers but I get a different employee ring me up and she won't take the coupon for the same exact thing!!!!! Makes no since ! Second t7me in 2 weeks bad service. Not going back. Why pay full price for a hand scoops quart and one get it filled 1/2 way.

Got in line at 8:45, took them 14 minutes to wait on 2 customers ahead of me, then told me they were closed a minute before they should have closed. I wish they were better at their jobs so I could've had ice cream and left a review based on the food.

Very quaint and charming ice cream shoppe. I had the chocolate chip ice cream in a chocolate waffle cone. So very good. Rebecca, one of the owners, is a sweetheart. You’re going to love this place❤️❤️❤️

Great Ice Cream. I really do like the coffee ice cream flavors and I really do like the services at Baskin Robbins. Especially the one in Muncie. I’ve been there a couple time already and I’ve waited for like a while to go to a Baskin Robbins. I’m from a different county and I really don’t have a problem with Baskin Robbins. Great Ice Cream. ☕️☕️🍦🍦
Employees were great and our desserts were delicious. Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream and a banana royale.

Great place to go think about supper biut decide that ice cream is way much better. It was nice that they had an ex nurse in charge. Dealing with a 99 year old makes it really helpful.
