Never in my life have I had chicken jerky until eating at this Bob Evans location. The best part of the family meal was the rolls. The food was so bad it made us decide to stop wasting money eating out. Thank you Bob Evans for helping us save money.

Was there tonight. 12/18/2024 @ 4:15. We were seated right away. Then nothing. No water no service. Waited that way 20 min... no water no drink. We left. Stopped at desk and complained. Gal at register listened then offered to get manager. He listened.... he didn't even apologize. Just looked at us. Worst service I have ever had there. So disappointed.
We walked in at 10:30am. Stood and waited for someone to acknowledge we were even there, with a small line of people behind us also. The cashier made eye contact with me twice and never said a word! 5 minutes later a woman came from the back and said “welcome to BE we will be with you in a sec. Another minute later the cashier finally sat us at a table. We waited another 8 minutes at our table with NO ONE saying a word to us and absolutely no waitress to be found in our section. We got up from our table and left. We love BE food and atmosphere, but will provably not be back until you guys get your service figured out. We drove to Sunshine Cafe, they sat us immediately and a busy waitress acknowledged us right away and took our drink order within 4 minutes of walking in the door!

Parking: Not busy when we went but service was slow. I was not offered second drinks and had to ask for our bread that wasn't given at time of food delivery. If you are on a lunch break or in a hurry, don't go. Food was good but wasn't to happy with the service.
