My order was not made fresh when I called and talked to the MANAGER she doubled down by saying they didn't make the item in house. I called the restaurant in a different city and asked about the same food item and she said they were made in house and that it was made to order. I have been a long time customer of the Muncie restaurant but I will not be going back.

What happened. Waitress was outside smoking a cig, while my food was sitting on the counter ready. Get your people in control. Really!!! Smoke breaks. Fix it.
