Burgers were really cold. You could tell by the cheese…. It never melted.

They have a very young staff. Need supervision. Everytime i go there i seem to get old wings. The one's they throw back i grill from lunch and then serve. Not very happy.

Worst experience ever!! Went in for dinner and there was only maybe only three other tables and it took forty five minutes to get a burger and wings then we had to ask for refills and still had to ask for our check from the manager and it took him and and a waitress to figure out how to ring us out. Will never go back

Arieauna Estep I’m not sure if I spelt her name right she’s by the Muncie mall at Buffalo Wild Wings, but she was the only one who had any customer service ive been in customer service for over a decade and she is the only one I would come to see in bdubs working the front counter by herself. While I was waiting and four others waiting for an order I continuously watched the hostess's and the waitresses stand by the podium and giggle and talk while I watched this girl work her butt off by herself. I get that’s not their job but doesn’t look good. And since she was swamped I had to come back for tater tot’s and no one was there to seat the people that came in which was a good 5 minutes before arieauna was able to seat them. She was the only one in that entire place to have any hospitality and remade what was missed. She needs a raise.

Was a frequent visitor to the Muncie Indiana
Location. Coming int 3 to 4 times a week. Had great relationships with the staff. Until I seen management doing things they told others they couldn't an called them out on it. After sending in a complaint. I was berated in the middle of the bar by the bar manager. An then a few days later having friends tell me that I was band from the location. I did nothing but stick up for the other workers, never caused a issue, an had i not been attacked in the middle of the bar by the bar manager i still wouldnt have an issue. I have contacted the parent company that owns them an the Hr email with nothing being done. Waylor the bar manager is unfit to be a supervisor an can not take criticism.

I don’t think even try to do well. With service or food
Food was good, nothing to write home about but definitely not bad. Id say above average. However my issue is with the management. When I was there they not only gave me the wrong order and took forever to replace it the manager almost seemed upset to have to replace the food when they gave me bone-in and the wrong sauce. Asked for boneless buffalo, got bone-in BBQ and garlic parm. Then comes time to pay the Manager brings me the wrong bill and tried to charge me for 30 lemon pepper wings, like 4 appetizers, and alcoholic beverages when I just got two small orders for myself and my wife and yet again not even what I ordered. Would have been an extra $25 if I didn't catch it. Yet again when brought up to the manager at first he told me it was right and when I pointed out the food on the receipt vs what was on the table he seemed almost upset he had to fix his mistake because he brought me said bill. Ultimately management here does not seem to be in the best standing. The poor waitress Adi was training and she made that apparent when she was serving me which is fine. However the manager left her high and dry at the register and she didnt know how to check me out. Then guess who comes back looking mad and decided to not apologize for anything, wish me a good night, nothing, yep the same good-for-nothing manager. Absolutely abysmal. Probably won't be coming back for a while and that sucks because I have been a customer here for a long time.

placed an order online on their app, the app did not give us an estimated time for pickup so i called to ask. they asked for the name on the order, i gave them the name, they found our order and told us our estimated pickup time. we arrive and try to pick up our food and were told that they don’t have it and that we haven’t placed an order. we explained to them that we ordered online and even called to confirm and get a pick up time and all they could say was that it wasn’t in their system and it must’ve malfunctioned. so we asked if we could have our money back as the money did come out of my account. and all they said was to check my account for a refund over the next few days and if i don’t get one to call the number in the back of my card. not apologetic at all, offered no solutions, and clearly have no clue what they’re doing. will not be back here that’s for sure.

The waiting area was crowded with others waiting for their food along with us. After almost an hour we were handed our food after waiting on fresh fries and to no surprise all of our chicken was ice cold and management offered nothing but excuses.

A nice sports bar/restaurant. We went late Sunday afternoon, and it was not crowded at all. Their burgers are one of my favorites. My wife had boneless chicken wings, she really enjoyed. Our waitress was very friendly. I'm not a sports fan, however this was a nice place to go. I will definitely go back.

Honestly, check the yelp reviews, if it weren’t for a few waiters and waitresses that have stood the test of time and done great with my family, we wouldn’t go back. Most of the staff are new faces due to the turnover rate and the kitchen staff screams like fools and blares music that is explicit and overpowers any hope of hearing the touch tunes you PAY for so they can list to uncensored music and cook food while their expediting staff screams for individual servers
