Food was good, nothing to write home about but definitely not bad. Id say above average. However my issue is with the management. When I was there they not only gave me the wrong order and took forever to replace it the manager almost seemed upset to have to replace the food when they gave me bone-in and the wrong sauce. Asked for boneless buffalo, got bone-in BBQ and garlic parm. Then comes time to pay the Manager brings me the wrong bill and tried to charge me for 30 lemon pepper wings, like 4 appetizers, and alcoholic beverages when I just got two small orders for myself and my wife and yet again not even what I ordered. Would have been an extra $25 if I didn't catch it. Yet again when brought up to the manager at first he told me it was right and when I pointed out the food on the receipt vs what was on the table he seemed almost upset he had to fix his mistake because he brought me said bill. Ultimately management here does not seem to be in the best standing. The poor waitress Adi was training and she made that apparent when she was serving me which is fine. However the manager left her high and dry at the register and she didnt know how to check me out. Then guess who comes back looking mad and decided to not apologize for anything, wish me a good night, nothing, yep the same good-for-nothing manager. Absolutely abysmal. Probably won't be coming back for a while and that sucks because I have been a customer here for a long time.

placed an order online on their app, the app did not give us an estimated time for pickup so i called to ask. they asked for the name on the order, i gave them the name, they found our order and told us our estimated pickup time. we arrive and try to pick up our food and were told that they don’t have it and that we haven’t placed an order. we explained to them that we ordered online and even called to confirm and get a pick up time and all they could say was that it wasn’t in their system and it must’ve malfunctioned. so we asked if we could have our money back as the money did come out of my account. and all they said was to check my account for a refund over the next few days and if i don’t get one to call the number in the back of my card. not apologetic at all, offered no solutions, and clearly have no clue what they’re doing. will not be back here that’s for sure.

The waiting area was crowded with others waiting for their food along with us. After almost an hour we were handed our food after waiting on fresh fries and to no surprise all of our chicken was ice cold and management offered nothing but excuses.

A nice sports bar/restaurant. We went late Sunday afternoon, and it was not crowded at all. Their burgers are one of my favorites. My wife had boneless chicken wings, she really enjoyed. Our waitress was very friendly. I'm not a sports fan, however this was a nice place to go. I will definitely go back.

Honestly, check the yelp reviews, if it weren’t for a few waiters and waitresses that have stood the test of time and done great with my family, we wouldn’t go back. Most of the staff are new faces due to the turnover rate and the kitchen staff screams like fools and blares music that is explicit and overpowers any hope of hearing the touch tunes you PAY for so they can list to uncensored music and cook food while their expediting staff screams for individual servers

This is from a former BW's fan. The Traditional Wings are now small and dry. The Classic Chicken Wrap is now smaller. There cheese cake is now tiny. Three of the last four deliveries have been missing items or have been the wrong item.
This time the sent Chicken nuggets instead of the ordered traditional wings. Give the choice of 10 McNuggets and the boneless 'wings' (nuggets) from here, I honestly would choose McNuggets. These are dry, mostly batter, and tough.
If I could give the food a 0/5 stars I would. Server was awesome, truly so nice and pleasant, it was a very nice night in the restaurant, but this was my final straw. My fiancé and I have gone to all of the surrounding Buffalo Wild Wings and they’re all the same, Muncie or Marion doesn’t matter the food is still ridiculously greasy, whether it’s a burger, wings, fries, or anything else you can imagine that could end up greasy. Everything is overly salty as well, specifically the tortilla chips for the guac which was way too oniony and just generally unpleasant. My fiancé got a chicken Caesar salad and was disappointed, the Caesar dressing barely covered any of the salad and was quite fishy (we’re aware there are anchovies in ceasar salad but you should not be able to literally smell it from across the table before he even took a bite). Also the chicken as well as the dressing was spicy?? I’ve never had spicy ceasar? I had a mushroom and Swiss which was also quite disappointing, the Swiss cheese felt tacky in my mouth and the whole bottom bun got soggy so incredibly fast from the sheer amount of grease. It was literally slowly dripping grease when I picked it up. Previous visits to either BWWs included a few flavors of their wings, bone in or out and a couple miscellaneous sides. We truly gave it our best shot to like BWWs, which we frequented when we were younger and it was fine then, but we will no longer be going into any Buffalo Wild Wings.

Brought a friend with me and the food was great the sever was wonderful making sure we had a good meal and plenty to drink so miss Amya ( I hope I remembered how to spell it ) thank you most likely will make a return trip in the future pictured below are the Asian zing (2) and the buffalo bleu (3) along with the jamin jalapeno that I started with all flavors were awesome

I asked for wine and was told at this location they don't sell wine. They have a full service bar! I told her other locations serve wine. She said Muncie BWR doesn't serve it. I asked for a Cosmopolitan and was given vodka with a splash of cranberry. A Cosmopolitan is a mixer. The waitress said no refunds all sales final, but I'll add more cranberry juice. It was still terrible. It was the attitude of I don't want to serve you of why I am writing this review. The wings were good, but I paid for a $15+ drink for it to be made bad. Bartenders should know how to make the classics. The atmosphere was clean.
