Unbelievably slow. Come in for lunch, order a hamburger with almost no one in the restaurant and have now been waiting over 30 minutes with no update. Finally ask for an update and the bartender disappears to the back and never comes back out.

Meanwhile I see 5-6 employees standing around talking in the main walkway that leads from the front to the back.

Unbelievably awful, terrible service. I finally left without getting any food and having only drank about a quarter of the drink I’d ordered.

Thanks for wasting my lunch time, bdubs. I’m very glad that I spent my work lunch looking forward to eating, only to find out that eating food was apparently something I wouldn’t be able to do at your establishment because you never actually bring the food out. There is zero chance I’ll be going back to this location. What a disaster.

If all you’re going to do is send me to an external website to complain like you’ve done with all the other 1 star reviews then don’t bother replying. It’s impersonal and proves your lack of consideration for your customers time and money.

Your managers and team should be embarrassed at this level of service.

My family loves bdubs. Unfortunately out of the 4 states I’ve eaten bdubs at. Muncie seriously is the worst one. We have eaten there three times. And each time it somehow was worse than before. Today was the icing that will send us to wingstop instead. We ordered To go. Set for pick up at 140. My husband gets there and whatever female working the counter was straight up disrespectful and rude to his face. Sides of ranch are free. She tried to make him pay .60 cent for it. And then rudely said he should’ve ordered thru the app instead. On top of that. They made him wait an extra 15 minutes for a sampler platter when others who’d placed their order later was getting their food first. Due to the piss poor and rude service time and time again from these servers. We will not come back. Whoever was working that counter today needs to be wrote up or fired.

This place has been awesome for 2 years now! I actually had quit going due to food quality and bad service. It's amazing now and haven't had a bad experience in a looooong time. Kudos to whomever changed it all for the better. I highly recommend going again!

3rd times the charm for incorrect orders. Today we had placed a to go order and it was incorrect again. One of our 10 counts of boneless wings had the sticker for the sauce we ordered but was a completely different sauce. This is after we had to wait 40 minutes after the estimated time to get our order since it wasn’t ready. Tried to call about the issue but we’ve been on hold for 20 minutes

We ordered wings from Buffalo Wild Wings on New Year's Eve, and as expected, it was incredibly busy. Despite the rush, the staff was kind, efficient, and very apologetic about the extra wait time. When our food arrived, it was absolutely delicious and worth the wait! A big thank you to the team for handling the holiday crowd so well. We'll definitely be back!

Ridiculously slow, always. Stall will talk to one person in line and walk away for five mins even though there are other people also in line. You guys need help. A lot of it. Hire more people. Hire better people.

The staff was inattentive and couldn’t have cared less that the lobby was filling up with people for pickup orders. There was a woman there waiting for over an hour because the DoorDash order she had was never brought to the back due to them being out of hot barbecue sauce for the wings. There was another woman who went to pickup her order, paid for it, and then once the guy at the front was going through her order she told him that half her wings were supposed to be hot barbecue. She had been sitting there waiting for atleast 10 minutes. He came back and told her that they were out of hot barbecue and then proceeded to ask if she wanted any other sauce. She had been sitting there waiting for 10 minutes, her order wasn’t even ready. They just simply lacked the common sense to inform her that the sauce was out and decided to make her order all the same sauce (they could’ve easily asked her before she paid for her order or before her order was even done, they just lacked to even inform her that they were out of that sauce as a whole).

Now onto my experience. I showed up, paid for my order, and was told they were “still working on it”. 20 minutes of waiting later, my entire 15 piece wing was cold. Not even warm to the touch, the sauce was freezing like it wasn’t even warmed up or in the warmer. The fries were clearly stale, cold, and hard. The only thing that was slightly warm was the burger and that’s because my order sat there until the burger was done. The guy at the counter was rude and made it seem like I was a bother & annoying for simply asking for a refund considering I waited 20 minutes for cold food & then the manager didn’t say a single word to me once she came up to the front to process my refund. They also took the food back after I touched it & ate a fry to make sure it was hot (not sure if that’s supposed to happen or not, when I worked in fast food we weren’t allowed to take it back).

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. We don’t eat out often and for us to go and spend $35 on cold, stale, hard food is atrocious and then getting rude and nasty service on top of that just made it 10x worse.

To top it all off, they weren’t even that busy. Inside the store there were atleast 20 tables open and by time I left there were maybe 2 people sitting down and some people at the bar. Even if there were a bunch of pickup orders there’s no reason it should’ve taken that long and definitely no reason why my food should’ve been ice cold when I was sitting there for 20 minutes. The service and food was terrible. If you order from here, make sure you check to make sure your food is at the very LEAST warm bc this isn’t the first time it’s happened to us.

Buy the sauce at B dubs or Walmart and just make the wings at home yourself. Save yourself a ton of money and crappy service.

The server was new and needed to be more attentive. My wings didn't have enough sauce, so they were a little dry, but the flavor was good. After discussing the server with the manager, she was quite nice and empathetic. Overall, average experience.
