30 minutes in drive thru! Couldn’t back up. Mentioned my wait when I made it to the window. Reply was, “yeah, we’re busy.” Forgot fries and no icing with my mini cinnamon bites. What a waste of time!!

Hands down best burger King in muncie. I've went to everysingle one few times and I will say this location is the location you wanna come to if you want it right and fresh, customer service was awesome and food was fast and delicious

Excellent friendly staff!!! Thank you for such great service and food! Thank you for actually doing customer service and not having a stupid do it yourself kiosk. If I am going to eat out... I want customer service not do it yourself crap. I want to see a person smiling and asking if they can help me. I got that from this restaurant. Thank you so much! I will return !!

My experience here is least bit of pleasant. The fiery chicken sandwich tasted old, the classic chicken sandwich was freezer burnt, both medium fries were heavily salted which isn't a real problem but it's definitely concerning since they serve em to kids and there's enough salt in a medium fry to kill a platoon of slugs. The only real good thing I ordered was the cheesy jalapeno bites. The staff was very pleasant and friendly which makes any experience whether good or bad worth it.

After going to the movies with my estranged husband, we placed a mobile order for his food and we drove to the restaurant to pick it up in the drive thru. After arriving, I ordered a Whopper Jr. for myself and I asked for it to be sent through the broiler twice before being dressed with ONLY cheese, mayonnaise, HEAVY onion, and pickle along with a 4 piece order of cheesy tots. What I received was a Whopper Jr. sent through the broiler twice dressed with EVERYTHING EXCEPT HEAVY onion (as shown in the photo). If I wanted my food the way it was prepared instead of the way I ordered it to be prepared, I've had asked. For the amount we paid for both orders, one would think the orders would be correct. The reason why I placed my order at the drive thru, in the first place, was because there is NO possible way to order the meat to be cooked well done. Can't something be done to order food items well done on the app?

Best Burger King ever! Only one minor error out of my last 150 orders. They're friendly, fresh, and accurate. Absolutely refreshing service at a time when most fast food establishments just keep getting worse.

Got them in our way to work for lunch break and that night in break they weren't what we ordered. Called tonight to get a redo or refund since 2 meals was $26 and even though I have the receipt they expected me to tote the food around with me to bring back in so they could throw it away, I'd already thrown it away due to allergies. So we're out almost 30 dollars and 2 meals.

Burger king should be ashamed of themselves I would rate lower if I could because the management there are disrespectful rude and just out right cruel My girlfriend placed a pickup for our lunch break when she went to go pick it up they associates said they where closed because of system issues they however where going to make out food tell the manager showed up start cussing her and saying they won't make her food they are closed and she needs to call there customer support line and they will refund us in 3-4 business days she called the number and it keeps hanging up on her. This is the time I should mention they are still doing doordash orders. Either give us our food or our money. As a manager you should be coming from a better place but no, your first thought was to be rude and disrespectful. How would you feel if someone cussed out and was extremely disrespectful to your significant other.

I'd give a zero if I could. I placed a Mobil order, the system let me. I show up and they're closed for system maintenance. I call and the girl who answers says "oh yeah we're making your order and will bring it out to you" then the manager walks up (shorter tan guy with black hair) and CUSSES ME OUT and tells me "to stop waiting for an order that I'm never gonna get". I have never been so disrespected by anyone before. I will NEVER support this location and will be telling my family and friends to NEVER come here.

I am from out of town, and the Burger King on Bethel east closed. I drove to west side for Chick fingers (I love), a girl with long red hair waited on me, she acted like we were a bother. She took order and walked away with no thank you, She was rude
