I had lunch today at this Burger King and as usual it was a great experience. Very friendly greeting by Rissa at the counter and not only was my food ready quickly, it was perfect. The dining area was very clean as well. Keep up the good work!!

This place is a mess. They somehow lost track of 3 orders (including ours) because they were so focused on serving drive through. Didn't order anything weird. 20 minutes later and we finally got part of our order but it was made wrong and they put their hands all over our food checking that they were right...

We came here to pee and get food. They wouldn’t even let us in to use the bathroom and were very rude about it too. They weren't supposed to close the fine for another 30 minutes. We were going to go through the drive through after but we just went to 5 guys instead, who have perfect service and let us use the bathroom.

How is this restaurant even still open? I placed an order online and get there to get it and they wouldn’t even acknowledge me and then they tell me what I ordered they didn’t have and then laughed about it with each other… are you serious? And then when I asked them to refund my order they laughed and said they couldn’t and to take it up with the app so now I’m stuck with no refund and waiting to dispute with my bank. ABSOLUTELY WORST customer service I have ever experienced and from the other reviews on how nasty the food is here I don’t know how they haven’t shut this place down. The workers obviously don’t want to work!
