Drive thru employee needs to improve their people skills. Just held hand out for card, didn't interact or confirm amount due. Same when giving drinks and food, no thank you or have a good night.Food was barely warm, had to reheat. Two 'large' fries looked more like one medium combined.

The food itself was decent, but the service was awful. When I went through the drive through, I asked for a whopper with pickles and ketchup only. The person through the mic wrote down a whopper with everything EXCEPT pickles and ketchup. When I corrected them and drove up to get the food, they told me that it was only ketchup and pickles like I asked, but when I opened the wrapping, it was everything except pickles and ketchup. We had the order eventually fixed, but I'm definitely not eating at this Burger King again.

I was a only customer in drive thru and I ordered chz burgers and 8 piece tender. Employee didn't put tenders in bag but gave me dipping sauce when asked?? Maybe the girl with huge colored hair without a hair net walking in kitchen slurping a cherry coke was more worried about slurping....

I ordered the jr whopper duo and a cheese burger. I ordered from the drive through and as i was getting my order I asked was it made fresh and the young lady says yes. I drive down the road i feel in the bag all the burgers were cold so i called the manager to see if she could handle my situation i get the food back in the same bag and thrown together and overloaded with condiments. I will not be returning to burger King on Bethel ever again

Rudest people ever!! I ordered a chicken sandwich and didn't get lettuce or mayo on it. My boyfriend ordered a whopper and got no lettuce or tomato. He went to tell them what was missing and was told they didn't have lettuce or tomatoes. He asked for a refund as he should and we eat our food. They continue to bring up the situation and continue to disrespect us while we are still in the building. Straighten up burger King. And remember that you need to check and make sure the people you are talking trash about is not sitting in your building. Thank you.
