I had to sit there for about 34 minutes to get my food and about 8 to 10 minutes for them to take my order when there were only 3 of us there at that time and the doors were locked. Im not sure what was going on. The Fry's were cold and I think when you get a bacon king I think you should get more than just 2 half pieces. I also noticed that my son only had about 6 or 8 Fry's and his french fry bag I mean I know it's only a 4.99 meal but come on you guys skimp on everything else! And I paid a little over $36 for all this and I didn't even get a drink because you guys don't have anything that I like to drink. At least you can do is make it hot or at least fresh! Oh and I got the large Texas double I also got the three apple pies and my daughter got the small bacon King and my 4-year-old got the 4.99 double cheeseburger meal

Placed a $35 order. Spoke to lady at the window when noticed my order was rang up incorrectly. I was rang up for 4 jpep bites when I ordered 4 orders of cheesy tots. Was pulled up so FRESH cheesy tots could be made. Was given 2 orders of VERY old cheesy tots and 2 jpep bites even after asking it's cheesy tots RIGHT?... Was told YES! Milkshake had black stuff in the middle of it. Had to return to the store to get corrected while the rest of the $35 order sat at home getting cold. I come to the restaurant several times a week but having order messed up twice within 5 days has taught me my lesson!

Ordered 2 whoppers one was a complete mess and onions just thrown in the wrapper. Also did not receive correct change and was shorted $5. Confronted them and they flat out denied it. I have always had issues with this location either forgetting sauces in the drive threw or poor customer service inside the store. They barely deserve a star
