I ordered a cheesecake on April 4th for pickup, April 10th. Head there after work only for the doors to be locked. Tried calling and messaging the Facebook app with no response for a solid 20 mins while my messages were being read. Only to be told, my cheesecake was “sold in error.” I feel like I should have been told about the cheesecake being sold before arriving and waiting outside for a response. Had I not shown up or called no one would have reached out. I needed this cheesecake tonight. Sucks because I’ve had great experiences otherwise. & for some reason my review keeps getting filtered.

Stopped by Charmed Cupcake today for the first time. Got to say we loved it. Got 6 cupcakes and got to pick what we wanted. Our son wanted all the cupcakes he told them. These are some quality cupcakes, that box mix in your pantry does not taste this good.They offer some unique cupcakes, some seasonal and for holiday celebration, and they even have some old family recipes that have been past down. I think the price per cupcake is well worth what you get. If the phrase "designer cupcake" is a thing if not that is what you will get here and I coined it. Great product, great people, true art in a cupcake wrapper.There's an idea make the wrapper something you can eat too.Kid-friendliness: Took our 3 year old in they talked to him with respect and let him have the shopping himself experience as our son was picking his cupcake choises... Was waa very happy with our service.

My husband and I had Charmed Cupcakes catered as our wedding desserts and everything was perfect! We had red velvet, classic chocolate, and vanilla which were delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful in preparing gluten free cupcakes for guests who are celiac. Would highly recommend Charmed Cupcakes for your events!

Huge variety of unique and flavorful cupcakes! Owners are so personable and customer service is always great. Highly recommend the wedding cake cupcakes with almond buttercream, the watermelon sourpatch, and the cookies and cream! They also have a blueberry lemon cupcake that you should buy by the dozen.

Very unprofessional business. Lack of communication will not answer messages They delete Facebook comments so other people can’t see ongoing problems. Ordered a cake for a little girls birthday and they raffle it off instead of letting the customer pick it up
